The Challenge
Working alongside multiple internal departments, the Marketing Performance Specialist will execute the strategy and analysis of digital acquisition marketing activities. You’ll play a key role in delivering on the overall digital acquisition marketing strategy while creating and optimizing digital acquisition marketing plans that grow the Wallapop community and impact core engagement metrics.
What You Will Do
- Control large budgets and optimize the performance of digital acquisition & retention marketing campaigns.
- Executing the Performance Marketing strategy.
- Manage the creation and planning of digital campaigns.
- Maintain and serve as a point of contact for network relationships.
- Explore new digital acquisition sources and marketing opportunities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly. Constant analysis of data to identify areas of improvement/optimization and to ensure maximum ROI.
- Perform market and competitive research
- Identify opportunities/issues in our media buying and make appropriate recommendations.
- Maximizing and growing existing campaigns in all digital channels, while creatively iterating and testing ideas to continually expand and improve KPIs.
- Working closely with our analytics team to improve upon our tracking and attribution.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital/Online Marketing or other analytical degrees, such as engineering/mathematics/business.
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing with vast knowledge of SEM.
- Experience with measurement tools: Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Looker, Amplitude, Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

This role blends Online Brand Media and Performance Marketing to create full-funnel strategies that grow the Wallapop community and drive impact across key engagement metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with our Offline Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams to craft narratives that resonate across channels, from YouTube and Paid Social to special digital-first brand initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute the Online Brand Media strategy, driving brand consideration and recall through impactful digital initiatives.
- Design and run full-funnel campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Display, Paid Social, and more — balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Oversee large-scale budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and continuous performance optimization across both Brand Media and Performance channels.
- Manage media platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok — leveraging A / B testing and creative experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution, serving as the main point of contact for key external partners and media agencies.
- Analyze results and optimize continuously — tracking both brand and performance KPIs (e.g., VTR, Ad Recall, CPA, ROAS) to maximize ROI and guide improvements.
- Identify new digital opportunities, channels, or formats to expand reach and drive incremental value.
- Partner closely with the Offline Marketing team to align audiences, messaging, and touchpoints across TV, OOH, Radio, and Digital.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects at the intersection of brand, product, and growth — from new product launches to experimental pilots.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager based in Madrid to lead digital marketing initiatives across our expanding portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who can design and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and engage mindful consumers at scale.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end marketing efforts across digital channels, helping us grow our audience, boost engagement, and support global product launches. - Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across channels (email, paid media, SEO, social, content).
- Lead performance marketing initiatives on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Develop automated email journeys and lead-nurturing flows using CRM tools such as ActiveCampaign.
- Optimise landing pages, funnels, and campaign messaging using A / B testing and performance data.
- Collaborate with internal content, design, and product teams to align messaging across channels.
- Track KPIs, generate campaign reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage third-party contractors or agencies as needed (e.g. ad buyers, designers, copywriters).
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in online / digital marketing, ideally in wellness, education, or purpose-led sectors.
- Proven success running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
- Expertise in email marketing, funnel building, and marketing automation tools (preferably ActiveCampaign).
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, UTM tracking, and similar analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Empresa líder en su sector busca una persona encargada del Marketing Online, con el objetivo de acelerar la conversión digital de la plataforma y consolidar la marca en el ecosistema online B2B.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Definir e implementar el plan de marketing digital para el segmento B2B.
- Optimizar el funnel digital (awareness, consideración, conversión) en canales propios y de pago.
- Medir y reportar el impacto digital mediante KPIs.
- Liderar la estrategia de generación de leads y conversión a cliente en la plataforma.
- Diseñar journeys digitales eficientes para captar, calificar y convertir usuarios en clientes activos.
- Gestionar campañas online.
- Coordinar con los equipos de producto, e-commerce y ventas para asegurar un funnel coherente y orientado al cierre.
- Testear y optimizar continuamente campañas, landings, mensajes y canales según métricas de rendimiento.
- Explorar nuevas fuentes de adquisición y automatización de campañas.
- Supervisar la coherencia de marca y mensajes en todos los canales internos y externos del área.
- Apoyar a los equipos comerciales con materiales, presentaciones y acciones ad hoc.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, ADE o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en marketing digital B2B.
- Conocimiento profundo de plataformas de captación digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, herramientas de automatización).
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis: Google Analytics 4, CRM, dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Perfil proactivo, con visión estratégica, mentalidad digital, capacidad de coordinación transversal y alto enfoque a resultados.
Requisitos valorables:
- Experiencia en marketing digital para plataformas e-commerce B2B.
- Background en Travel o MICE corporativo.
- Nivel medio de inglés.
- Experiencia en herramientas como Hubspot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.
