We are looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Video Editor to collaborate with us on special freelance projects. You’ll edit editorial and branded content for both organic and paid social media campaigns, crafting engaging videos across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll work with a mix of original footage shot by our in-house producers and content creators, as well as UGC content, bringing stories to life with your editing skills. Some projects will also involve working on longer video formats such as VSLs and YouTube ads, where you’ll be sourcing and editing B-roll to deliver compelling narratives.
Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills and excellent creative instincts. You'll get to join us in filling our YouTube with content, and learn how to edit videos for the web. The priority on the to-do-list will be Wannado's corporate videos such as brand videos and promotional videos, but depending on your skills and situation, you may also be able to join in on client projects. The role
We're seeking an exceptional Client-Facing Project Manager who is a master of organization and a champion of the creative process. This role is a 6-month full-time involvement, with the possibility to stay longer. End-to-End Project Management

Required Experience & Skills

The role
We're seeking an exceptional Client-Facing Project Manager who is a master of organization and a champion of the creative process. This role is a 6-month full-time involvement, with the possibility to stay longer. You'll be the organizational backbone for our work with a new, incredibly exciting client — a globally recognized leader in the workflow automation space. This is a client whose innovative open-source platform is widely used by developers, IT professionals, and businesses worldwide to connect apps, automate tasks, and streamline complex processes. Your expertise will be in driving projects from brief to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, and serving as the bridge between the client and our creative team. Your strong project leadership skills and a genuine passion for a well-run process are non-negotiable.

Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management
- Orchestrate Project Lifecycles: Own the entire project journey for our key client's creative and video initiatives, from ideation and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Detailed Planning & Oversight: Create meticulous project plans, detailed timelines, and clear deliverables. Proactively identify potential blockers or opportunities, keeping both our key client and our internal teams informed and aligned.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the review of all creative assets (videos, graphics, animations), ensuring they meet our client's brand guidelines and the agency's quality standards before delivery.
- Team Catalyst: Act as the central liaison, fostering seamless collaboration between our key client and Camping's creative teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator). Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Performance & Optimization: Track, analyze, and communicate the performance of all marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates, insights, and data-backed recommendations for optimization to our key client and internal stakeholders.
- Process Enhancement: Champion continuous improvement within our workflows and processes, leading retrospective sessions to enhance collaboration and output.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing project management role, with a focus on creative and video production.
- Extensive Project Management proficiency, with a track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous projects from concept to completion.
- A solid understanding of marketing workflows and the creative production process.
