I am currently working with a respected digital marketing agency who are looking to bring in an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the department on a freelance basis to help improve their processes and deliver future projects.
Role Details:
Job title: Full Stack Developer.
Working Model: Remote.
Day Rate: D.O.E.
Contract Length: 6 Month contract with extension possibilities.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Python (non-negotiable) and Node.js (must)
- Proficiency with React for front-end development
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Strong background in data management (data lakes, warehouses, streaming analytics)
- Familiarity with cloud environments , ideally Google Cloud Platform (Big Data, ML fundamentals, resilient streaming systems)
- Ability to take projects end-to-end with focus on back-end development
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices (scalability, resiliency, clean code)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end development of small to medium-scale projects
- Lead the modernization of data lakes and data warehouses on Google Cloud Platform
- Build and maintain resilient streaming analytics systems
- Design, implement, and optimize back-end services and APIs (Python, Node.js)
- Develop and maintain React-based front-end components
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant
Key Requirements:
- Full working proficiency in English

Zenit es una startup tecnológica que impulsa la transición energética a través de una plataforma SaaS para la creación y gestión de comunidades energéticas. Colaboramos con ayuntamientos, cooperativas y grandes actores del sector energético para transformar cómo se consume y comparte la energía local.
Buscamos un/a desarrollador/a full stack , con visión técnica y capacidad de adaptación, que nos ayude a seguir construyendo producto de forma sólida, escalable y alineada con lo que usuarios y clientes necesitan.
Responsabilidades
- Mantener, desarrollar e integrar nuevas funcionalidades tanto en el frontend como el backend del framework de desarrollo web.
- Trabajar codo a codo con el equipo de desarrollo y con el equipo de diseño (UX/UI).
- Participar en la definición y mejora de la arquitectura técnica, modelos de datos y buenas prácticas de desarrollo (estructura del código, testing, CI/CD…).
- Si fuera necesario, colaborar con el equipo de data science para integrar y automatizar de forma eficiente los procesos ETL.
- Apoyar en decisiones técnicas que afecten a la escalabilidad, modularidad y mantenibilidad del sistema.
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo full stack en desarrollo web.
- Experiencia en frameworks backend actuales para desarrollo aplicaciones web (ejemplo: Django, FastAPI, Next.js…)
- Dominio de React u otros frameworks frontend actuales (Vue, Svelte.).
- Experiencia con los softwares habituales para del desarrollo de software como Github, Jira/Linear, Notion, ChatGPT/Claude, Cursor/ClaudeCode, Github Actions, …,Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Nice to have
- Conocimiento de Python.
- Experiencia con Django.
- Familiaridad con flujos de ingesta de datos, DevOps (automatizaciones, testing, CI/CD).
- Experiencia previa en entornos cloud (especialmente Google Cloud y Cloud Run).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño y prototipado como Figma.
- Conocimientos en seguridad web y buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad.
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
