THE ROLE

As Senior Global Advocacy Manager – Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) , you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships with leading experts in the pharmaceutical and medical dermatology fields. You will act as the bridge between the company and external thought leaders, ensuring their insights, needs, and perspectives are represented within our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL Engagement

  • Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with KOLs, Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), and Medical Experts.
  • Drive meaningful dialogue to understand perspectives on patient care and therapeutic approaches.
  • Oversee a company-wide strategic engagement plan for top-tier experts, including executive-level interactions.
  • Manage and centralize information related to KOL engagements, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams.

Advocacy & Influence

  • Represent KOL interests within the organization to shape strategies and programs.
  • Design initiatives such as advisory boards, scientific exchanges, and educational forums.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with multiple departments to integrate KOL engagement into broader company goals.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Scientific & Project Support

  • Provide KOLs with relevant scientific resources to support their participation in company projects.
  • Lead and deliver engagement-related projects, measuring outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

Compliance

  • Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain transparent documentation of all expert activities and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences;

    advanced qualificationsin Marketing or Business Administration are a plus.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a scientific role with a strong focus on KOL advocacy or expert relationship management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven success in building and executing engagement strategies for high-profile medical experts.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of guiding teams to deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong organizational ability.

Identificar oportunidades de expansión y optimización de negocio en cuentas existentes. Coordinar con los equipos internos de producto, marketing y operaciones para garantizar soluciones efectivas. Elaborar reportes de resultados, previsiones y oportunidades de mejora.

How you will shape Prophero:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Engaging with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
  • Creating and executing strategies to capture new market opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Providing financial tools and insights to optimize client investment strategies.
  • Attracting and retaining high-value clients for sustainable growth.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: 1+ years in account management and real state.
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth.
  • Education: Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Tools: Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
