Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, and Leadership / Sales Support is an asset
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • French is an asset
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of CRS and Microsoft Office
  • Action-oriented, highly organized, and able to deliver results

Su responsabilidad principal será coordinar operativamente al equipo y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y los procedimientos establecidos.

Funciones
  • Organizar el puesto de trabajo siguiendo las instrucciones del supervisor.
  • Acoger y formar al personal de nuevo ingreso en normas, procedimientos y herramientas.
  • Realizar auditorías internas y supervisar la documentación generada por el equipo.
  • Actuar como interlocutor directo con el cliente en temas relacionados con el proyecto.
  • Detectar y comunicar necesidades de personal, materiales o planificación.
  • Verificar el 200 % de las piezas rechazadas y garantizar su correcta gestión.
  • Suplir puntualmente al supervisor y gestionar la solicitud de nuevos proyectos cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos
  • Formación académica: ESO, EGB o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio.
  • Formación complementaria valorable: conocimientos técnicos en calidad o carnet de carretillero.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses liderando equipos o coordinando personas en entornos operativos.
  • Inglés: Valorable.
  • Competencias: proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje, habilidad para gestión de equipos y del tiempo, resolución de imprevistos y liderazgo operativo

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero Industrial
  • Experiencia mínima de uno a tres años en actividades acordes al puesto ofertado.
  • Master en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
  • Se requiere acredite exeriencia en obra
  • Actitud positiva con afinidad al trabajo en equipo y una comunicación eficaz, directa y cercana.
  • Carnet de conducir

What you will do in this role   

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:  

- Lead and develop call center team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management 

- Ensure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets 

- Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise 

- Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirements 

- Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategies 

- Implement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including termination 

- Communicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staff 

- Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processes 

- Collaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service delivery

- A native or proficient level in English

- Previous management experience in a contact center environment 

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

- Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables 

- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion 

- Strong affinity with numbers and reporting, experience with Microsoft Excel and PBI are essential
