Junior B2B Sales Executive
Valencia (Hybrid or in office)
Kick off your sales career with hands-on mentorship from our CEO. For the first three months, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand on US-market accounts —joining sales calls, crafting proposals, and mastering our full sales cycle. This is not a deskbound role (when you get past probation)—it’s a chance to learn by doing, shape a startup’s growth, and fast-track your path to sales leadership.
Learn from the CEO (Months 1–3):
Shadow sales meetings with US prospects
Co-manage CRM updates, deal tracking, and reporting
Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts
Network in person and strengthen client relationships
Help refine product positioning and sales collateral
Ambitious & Early-Career: Recent graduate or up to 4years of work experience. Language Skills: Native or fluent English required; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
Daily coaching directly with the CEO
Fast Path to Leadership: Proven performer wouldmove quickly toward Head of Sales for SVibe
Hybrid & Flexibility: Blend office collaboration with remote work
Startup Perks: Casual culture, team offsites, learning budget, and full travel coverage
