The Role: Business Developer – Content Creators (French Market)
In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll be the key link between the publishing team and emerging digital talent. Your mission? Spot creative potential, pitch the publishing opportunity, and guide influencers through the journey of turning viral content into bestselling books.
Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to French-speaking content creators on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond
  • Pitch the publishing concept with a focus on creative freedom, attractive royalties, and a creator-first process
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers from first contact to book launch
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, design, and marketing teams to shape each publication
  • Share insights from the field to continuously improve sales and acquisition strategies


Your Profile

  • Native-level French speaker with excellent English skills (Spanish is a plus)
  • Outgoing, persuasive, and confident in building connections
  • Curious and in tune with social media trends and influencer culture
  • Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and helping creators grow
  • Experience in sales, influencer marketing, UGC, or media is a strong asset, but high motivation and drive are just as valuable
