  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call
  • Determine customer needs through probing techniques and offer relevant products or services
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Greet customers with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism using established procedures
  • Prepare accurate work including noting accounts as required
  • Participate in activities improving customer satisfaction and sales performance
