Deine Rolle:
Aktuell suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Product Owner, der oder die unser dynamisches Team verstärkt. In dieser Position spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Ausrichtung unserer Produkte – mit besonderem Fokus auf Nutzererlebnis und Kundenzufriedenheit. Du verwandelst Anforderungen von Kund:innen und Stakeholdern in konkrete Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Entwicklungsteams hochwertige Softwarelösungen liefern. Dabei behältst Du stets das große Ganze im Blick und denkst strategisch mit.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, um Anforderungen für neue Features und Weiterentwicklungen zu erheben
- Übersetzen von Anforderungen in verständliche, umsetzbare Tasks für die Entwicklungsteams – im Einklang mit Nutzerbedürfnissen und Unternehmenszielen
- Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs mit dem Ziel, den größtmöglichen Mehrwert zu schaffen
- Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Technologien zur Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse
- Durchführung von Nutzerforschung und Analysen, um Bedürfnisse, Erwartungen und Pain Points zuverstehen

Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im SaaS-Bereich
- Gutes Gespür für UX/UI sowie Erfahrung mit Customer Journey Mapping
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen klar und verständlich aufzubereiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden
