The Opportunity

Join Loftus Bradford , a global boutique executive search firm based in Barcelona, as a Senior Executive Search Consultant . In this crucial role, you’ll lead candidate engagement and assessment for senior-level roles, becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike. Collaborating closely with our Engagement Managers and Principals, you’ll drive impactful searches that help leading global organizations thrive.

We’re a 20-person team working across industries such as CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, and founder-led organizations. From Barcelona, we serve clients worldwide, from South Africa to Vietnam and the US. Demand for our services is high, and we’re excited to expand our team with someone who shares our passion for excellence and building lasting relationships.

Who We’re Looking For?
