GTM-AI Marketing Architect (Remote, Europe)

You're not just a marketer.

You're a brand builder, a Marketing wizard, and a full-stack GTM strategist who knows how to launch ideas and scale them into seven-figure businesses.

GTM Acceleration Sales is a boutique go-to-market (GTM) services firm that helps B2B companies (from high-growth startups to enterprises) rapidly scale their sales pipeline and revenue.

We offer end-to-end outbound programs, lead generation, and sales enablement with an AI-driven, tech-enabled approach . Our mission is to become the “GTM engine” for our clients

Led by a Forbes 30 Under 30 founder, we’re on a mission to scale from 0 to €10M+ ARR by building a remote-first team of elite talent who thrive at the intersection of AI innovation and go-to-market execution.

You’ll be Acceleration Sales' first marketing hire, crafting our identity, generating our first 10,000 leads, and building an inbound engine that lasts forever.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the Brand : Define our brand narrative, visuals, and digital identity across web, social, and content. This is your playground.
  • Build the Funnel from Scratch : Launch campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid, and more — starting from day one.
  • Own HubSpot Marketing Ops : Automate nurturing flows, design CMS pages, manage lists, segment audiences, and optimize lifecycle performance.
  • Design High-Impact Assets : Create no-code landing pages, lead magnets, and digital assets using tools like Webflow, Canva, Figma, Framer, etc.
  • Lead Personal Branding : Ghostwrite thought leadership content for our founder & HTF-Agents to build magnetic visibility on LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Leverage AI : Use N8N, Iemlist, Hubspot, Instanly.ai, and our own sales tool stack to scale content, test fast, and optimize smarter.
  • Track What Matters : Define KPIs (CAC, MQLs, CPL, SEO traffic, etc.), run A / B tests, and iterate until it works (then automate it).

Early-Stage Consulting or SAAS Experience : You've built or scaled marketing from 0 → €100K+ MRR (ideally more).

HubSpot Mastery : You can set up CMS pages, smart content, workflows, lists, and reporting in your sleep.

Brand + UX / UI Savvy : You know what makes a great brand look and feel right — and can build it, fast.

Full-Stack Marketing Grit : You write emails, design CTAs, launch paid ads, build pages — and own the whole funnel.

Automation Pro : You’re fluent in Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Webflow, AI tools — and stacking workflows like Lego.

Strategic + Scrappy : You can zoom out to shape brand vision and zoom in to tweak meta titles and font spacing.

Remote-Ready & Founder-Focused : You love ownership, move fast, and aren’t waiting for anyone to “approve” greatness.
