We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships
Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required.
It would be a plus if you are:
Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problem and find effective solutions.

You will be part of the technology team, playing a key role in providing daily technical support for both hardware and software to all our employees.
