About The Role
- Develop and realize interdisciplinary design concepts
- Create consistent branding across media
- Collaborate with strategy, creation, production, and external partners
- Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to craft interactive email experiences
- Develop and modify email templates and campaigns
- Contribute to brand modernization and evolution
- Apply best practices in email development
- Ensure consistent rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and performance issues
About You
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, MailChimp
- Strong HTML/CSS skills with email-specific coding experience
- Responsive email design and front-end development expertise
- Experience with Google Display formats and website builders
- At least 3 years in CRM design
- Ability to adapt to various brand guidelines
- Skilled at interpreting design briefs and bringing concepts to life
- Team player with independence and project management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English

Responsibilities:
️ Develop efficient, fast, and adaptive layouts of interfaces;
️ Collaborate with developers and web designers to improve the product;
️ Introduce ideas, solutions, and optimize existing applications.
Nice to Have:
️ Understanding of front-end build tools (Gulp, Webpack, etc.);
️ Knowledge of HTML email templates;
️ Experience working with CSS frameworks;
️ Experience working with template engines (Pug, Handlebars, etc.);

Your Role:
We are looking for a Front-End Developer who can deliver quality software using the best practices with a mobile-first mentality. Given that the HTML integration is made available through WordPress , we need our candidates to havesomedegree of PHP experience .
You will work both on existing projects and on building new projects from scratch.We value self-management, ownership and speed of delivery, you will join a cross-functional team and work hand in hand with a Visual& UI Designer, Product Manager and other developers.
The current objectives of our front-end team are to harmonize our existing websites (design/code base) and to make them easier to access (faster in terms of loading, lighter in terms of code, etc…). We are focused on integrating across many websites while keeping consistency, speed and respecting the SEO constraints. While we always look at the newest front-end technologies to see if they can be suited with our needs, we prone a pragmatic approach and business requirements guide our decisions in that respect.
Our team collaborates with Github , Asana , Slack and Figma .
Required skills/experience/mindset
- Extensive experience in markup and integration of designs into websites (writing HTML , CSS and Javascript ).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress eco-system.
- Experience working with PHP and with WordPress themes / plugins .
- Strong focus on integration performance (resources, speed, sizes, etc…).
- Awareness ofUX andusability principles andprogressive enhancement .
- Team player with a positive mindset, willing to find reliable solutions that fit the projects’ needs and their constraints.
- The ability to communicate in English .
- (Bonus) Experience with Node.js,npm,ES6, etc.
- (Bonus) Experience with testing (BrowserStack, GhostInspector).
- (Bonus) Experience working with modern stacks (Gulp, Babel, Webpack, etc.).
