We are seeking a freelance Trainer in Madrid to deliver engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-impact training programs.
• Preparing training materials and coaching outlines.
• Creating a positive, collaborative learning environment.
• Adapting training to meet the needs of professionals from diverse sectors.

Our training sessions typically run 5–10 working days , with half-day sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM . Trainers have full flexibility to accept or decline assignments depending on availability.

• Proven skills in training delivery, coaching, and group facilitation .
• Experience in program design and participant evaluation .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in diverse training settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and participants.
• Prior training/coaching experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with training technology and online learning platforms is a plus.

En OKEYMAS Fitness Club estamos creciendo y queremos sumar a nuestro equipo a un/a Instructor/a Fitness dinámico/a, motivador/a y con buena energía, capaz de impartir actividades dirigidas y, sobre todo, con experiencia en Zumba.
Lo que harás
Impartir clases dirigidas (fitness, tonificación, cardio, etc.).
Liderar sesiones de Zumba con ritmo, carisma y motivación.

Requisitos
Experiencia previa impartiendo clases colectivas.

Minimum Requirements & Preferred qualifications

• Experienced ground instructors required to teach any of the 14 ATPL Theoretical Knowledge subjects.
• Applicants should have considerable experience in teaching.
• Previous experience in commercial or military aviation and knowledge of the EASA/UK CAA syllabus would be an advantage.
• This is an opportunity for experienced former air crew or ground crew to deliver multimedia based instruction to ab-initio commercial pilots.
• We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise or a good knowledge of the subjects above and ideally the successful applicant should have experience in the planning and delivery of theoretical knowledge instruction to students who have little or no knowledge of the aviation industry. However, training can be given to an applicant who demonstrates flexibility and keen willingness to learn new skills.
• All instruction is given in English and therefore a high level of written and spoken English is required.
