In this exciting role, you will
  • Support the field service in the area of responsability including data management in CRM System
  • Process orders from order confirmation to handover to logistics / shipping and final invoicing
  • Telephone communication and written correspondence with customers
  • Create and active tracking of outstanding sales offers
  • Contribute to a smooth process from the preparation of the offer to the delivery of the goods
  • Telephone advice to existing and potential customers on product issues
  • Entry and coordination of delivery schedules
  • Creation of offers and statistics

Your profile
  • Degree in Business Economics / Organization Management / Digital Management / Supply Chain or similar majors
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 or higher), both written and spoken (additional languages, such as Spanish, are advantageous)
  • Strong experience in Customer Service / Backoffice Management
  • Experience in B2B business / industrial environment beneficial
  • Experience in international matrix environment a plus

Descripción del trabajo:


Hay una oportunidad muy grande en el mercado español para nuestro servicio y por la ambición que nos caracteriza queremos convertirnos en los líderes. A día de hoy necesitamos ampliar el equipo para poder continuar cerrando nuevos clientes y crecer al ritmo que queremos. Por eso estamos buscando a un B2B Growth Manager que se convierta en un experto en el mundo del Cold Emailing B2B creando y reforzando las relaciones con todos nuestros clientes.


En qué consistirá tu día a día:


  • Reunirte con nuevos clientes para escuchar y analizar su negocio desde dentro de la mano de su CEO o fundadores.


  • Estudiar y entender muy bien el mercado al que nos dirigimos con cada cliente para definir su grupo de clientes ideales y la estrategia outbound a seguir en las campañas.


  • Utilizar tu creatividad y la IA para crear 4-8 tests A/B de copys de texto para cada campaña de email con el objetivo de testear ángulos diferentes y descubrir secuencias ganadoras.


  • Analizar los datos de las campañas a través de nuestras herramientas y dashboards para decidir qué variaciones optimizar y qué secuencias están trayendo mejores resultados.


  • Reunirte bi-semanalmente con nuestros clientes para comentar el resultado de las campañas, validar el feedback de las reuniones de venta y proactivamente plantear nuevas acciones para continuar optimizando las conversiones.


  • Testear decenas de herramientas de growth y marketing todos los meses para continuar mejorando nuestros procesos y resultados.



Requisitos:


  • Español nativo e inglés fluido (+B2).
  • +2 años de experiencia en generación de leads o marketing/ventas B2B.
