- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Represent Unimedia at events, trade shows, and conferences .
- Collaborate with the internal team to design tailored solutions for each client.
- A proactive, dynamic, and target-driven commercial profile.
- Experience in B2B business development or sales in the tech/services sector.
- Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, and opening conversations .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to network and spot opportunities in business environments.
- Previous experience in tech consultancy or custom software is a plus.
- Base salary: €28,000 – €35,000 gross per year , depending on experience.
- Attractive, uncapped commission plan with the potential to double or exceed your base salary based on performance.

Técnico Comercial Membranas - Ingeniero de Ventas
Idiomas: Español, Inglés
Mercados: España, Portugal
Reportando en sus funciones al Director General para Iberia, Sudamérica y asumirá la responsabilidad de las ventas y el desarrollo de los mercados del Tratamiento de Agua con Membranas de Cerámica para España y Portugal, haciéndose cargo de las siguientes áreas y funciones:
- Planificación y ejecución de los objetivos de venta asignados a su actividad con una clara orientación comercial al desarrollo del cliente, coordinándose con los equipos comerciales Back Office y de Servicio Técnico.
- Planificación de la agenda de viajes y visitas a los clientes actuales, detección de necesidades y prospección de venta de nuevas aplicaciones de los productos y soluciones innovadoras.
- Realización de estudios de mercado en los actuales sectores industriales de referencia, identificando tendencias y señalando nuevas oportunidades para los productos en los diferentes segmentos del cliente.
- Impulsar la fidelización de sus clientes y su satisfacción, generando su confianza, monitorizando y reportando el resultado global de la acción comercial en sus mercados.
Formación, Experiencia y Competencias requeridas
Pensamos en una persona con Formación Técnica de Grado Medio o Superior y experiencia de un mínimo de 5 años en ventas de productos y aplicaciones industriales preferiblemente mediante membranas y un conocimiento básico de sus entornos de ingeniería, adquirido a través de la actividad comercial.
Se valorará formación de postgrado en áreas de ingeniería y/o administración de empresa, así como el conocimiento de los sistemas de certificación de calidad de procesos industriales.
Imprescindible nivel profesional de español e inglés, en los ámbitos de venta de productos y aplicaciones industriales.
Alta disposición para viajar.
