Your Role:As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our advertiser partnerships and driving revenue growth. Your main responsibilities include: Research and identify the right decision-makers within potential advertiser organizations. Conduct pitch meetings and negotiations with prospective clients, aiming to close new deals. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Maintain up-to-date records and follow-up activities in our internal tracking system.

A leading international company specializing in serviced offices is seeking a Business Developer to expand its network in Bilbao.
The candidate must reside in Bilbao area or Spanish Basque Country and must speak Spanish at a fluent level and be proficient in English. Basque language is a plus!
In this B2B role, you will be responsible for closing new deals with private building owners and contributing to the network's growth by opening new locations in your area. You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and the Board and report to the Partnership Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through your business development activities.
- Meet prospects and engage them in commercial discussions.
- Present projects to the Board and sign partnerships with new clients.
- Secure buildings by closing deals.
Profile:
- Fluent Spanish speaker with proficiency in English.
- Experience in sales and B2B business development within a dynamic and fast-paced company (experience in selling services is a plus).
- Proven track record of securing large deals (each worth more than 200k€).
- Results-driven and deal-focused with a comprehensive approach (generate leads, convert, close deals).
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 55k€
- Commission plan (50-100% salary based on performance achievable)

Tu misión:
Potenciar el crecimiento de Fintonic identificando, negociando y gestionando alianzas B2B que amplíen nuestro Marketplace de Lending, Insurance y Data, generando ingresos recurrentes y valor al usuario.
Captación de partners
- Identificar sectores y entidades con alto potencial.
- Liderar el funnel de negociación hasta la firma.
Gestión y optimización
- Definir y seguir KPIs de rendimiento y engagement.
- Conectar partners con Producto, Data y Legal.
Análisis y reporting
- Crear modelos y dashboards en SQL/Looker/Power BI.
- Garantizar calidad y consistencia del dato.
?Lo que necesitarás
- Formación en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar.
- Experiencia de 2-4 años en desarrollo de negocio o consultoría estratégica.
- Experiencia analizando datos y presentando conclusiones.
