Lo que harás
- Identificar y contactar con los mejores restaurantes, tiendas gourmet y chefs de Madrid con potencial para delivery premium.
- Construir y gestionar un funnel de adquisición cualificado y cumplir objetivos mensuales de onboarding.
- Negociar acuerdos que cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad y rentabilidad.
- Colaborar con los equipos de onboarding y operaciones para garantizar el éxito de los partners.
- Representar a Volup en eventos y comunidades gastronómicas de Madrid.
Lo que buscamos
- Residir en Madrid, con 2–4 años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios en el sector F&B.
- Amante de la gastronomía, con conocimiento profundo de la restauración premium.
- Independiente y estructurado: gestionas tu pipeline y asumes la responsabilidad de tus resultados.
- Orientado a objetivos y con mentalidad analítica: te motivan los retos y alcanzar metas.

General Responsibility
As the Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the portfolio definition of the company, providing new solutions to patients. You will support the candidates identification, project evaluation through cross functional teams and proposing the selected candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and other external departments.
Specific Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide
- Conduct in-depth market research, therapeutic area analysis
- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions or business models in a timely manner.
- Coordinate transversal teams and solve problems and doubts during the project evaluation.
- Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities
- Support in any other activities required in the Business Development Department.
Requirements and personal skills:
- Languages: Spanish and English (advanced level)
- Experience (years/area): 1-2 years in Pharma industry, preferred in business development (generic business)
- Specific Knowledge: Excel skills, data analysis
- Travels: No (occasional to 1-2 conferences/year)
- Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation, driven approach towards decision making, ability to work independently and within a team is a must. Good organizational skills and problem solving.

Tu misión:

Captación de partners
- Identificar sectores y entidades con alto potencial.
- Liderar el funnel de negociación hasta la firma.
Gestión y optimización

Análisis y reporting
