What You’ll Do
Partner closely with the COO and executive team to shape and execute the company’s operational strategy.
Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
Connect dots across business units (Product, Finance, HR, and Tech) to streamline execution and foster collaboration.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
Establish operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.

What We’re Looking For
~10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business strategy, or organisational management.
~ A proven track record scaling complex, multi-entity or holding structures.
~ Strong analytical and execution skills with an ability to bring clarity to complexity.
~ Comfortable collaborating with C-level executives, boards, and investors.
~ MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Overview
Digital and Technology Lead Expert - Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management — Barcelona, Spain. Location: Barcelona, Spain. Within The Supply Chain / Procurement Cluster, you will contribute to shaping the P2P solution in the S/4HANA journey and lead Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management related requirements.
Responsibilities- Run, execute and deliver solutions in project mode (Design, Configuration, Set Up, Test and Solution Validation) including cutover, go live and hyper care. Address level 3 support for complex issues.
- Direct and clear interaction with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design and day-to-day communications.
- Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance.
- Contribute as business analyst to the delivery of an improvement plan impacting the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management functional domain.
- Work with Platform / Product teams to support delivery of integration projects.
- Stay current with the Strategic Sourcing technology roadmap and propose strategic improvements.
- Be a key member of the future of the company helping to shape the P2P solution in the S/4HANA journey.
- Be a key contributor to the Procurement Chapter, acting as Business Analyst.
- Lead and manage Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management related requirements.
- Design and deliver solutions as part of our Procurement platform roadmap and our digital transformation program.
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management with proven implementation experience.
- Excellent functional knowledge of end-to-end P2P flows: order flow from requisition through to invoice verification.
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier lifecycle management;
familiarity with SAP Ariba and other applications in these areas. - Knowledge of interfaces (APIs, RFCs) and integration with external systems.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions in a complex global solution landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The Risk Management and ESG Specialist within the procurement area plays a key role in identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential risks affecting the organisation, with a particular focus on the supply chain and purchasing processes.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Promote sustainability and social responsibility initiatives, both internally and in dealings with suppliers.
+ Monitor ESG performance and compliance throughout procurement processes.
+ Develop ESG-related policies and procedures tailored to supplier and purchasing management.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ESG practices into procurement process.
+ Maintain awareness of sector trends and regulatory developments concerning ESG and procurement.
+ Facilitate ESG awareness and training sessions for employees in the procurement department.
+ Monitor and report on key ESG performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.
+ Coordinate with external consultants and auditors to assess ESG compliance within the supply chain.
+ Conduct regular risk assessments of procurement processes and the supply chain.
+ Identify and report emerging risks in the procurement area to senior management.
+ Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all applicable ESG and procurement regulations.
