Desde WeHunt nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Supply Chain Manager para un cliente del sector distribución de alimentos y bebidas. Estamos formando el equipo base y buscamos una persona clave para liderar toda la cadena de suministro.
Como Responsable de Supply Chain, serás la piedra angular en la planificación, coordinación y optimización de la cadena de suministro. Trabajarás directamente con el gerente para realización de la gestión de proveedores y aseguramiento en la demanda.
Responsabilidades clave
- Gestionar y optimizar pedidos semanales, plazos de entrega, inventarios y forecasting.
- Coordinar almacenes, transporte nacional e internacional y operaciones logísticas.
- Asimilar los procesos ya establecidos e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua.
- Supervisar importaciones y exportaciones.
- Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de la cadena de suministro en línea con el plan de inversión.
- Apoyar la construcción de una estructura sólida para escalar el negocio.
- Colaborar con el área comercial para alinear oferta y demanda según canales y mercados.
- Mantener una visión operativa del stock disponible vs. necesidades comerciales.
Requisitos (H/M/D)
- Formación en ADE, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
- Experiencia de 2-3 años en posiciones de Supply Chain, logística o gestión de operaciones en sector retail.
- Conocimientos en comercio exterior (importación/exportación).
- Buen dominio de herramientas de gestión (Excel, ERPs, etc.).
- Capacidad de organización, planificación y atención al detalle.
- Perfil autónomo, resolutivo y con ganas de construir.
- Disponibilidad para viajar (especialmente Europa del Este; viajes puntuales a América).
- Se valorará positivamente experiencia en sector alimentación o distribución.

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Director will lead the strategic and operational direction of the supply chain functions across its European network. This role is accountable for driving supply chain excellence, ensuring capacity readiness for new product introductions, and enabling sustainable business growth.
The individual will provide innovative solutions, develop long-term capacity and operational plans, and partner with leadership to create a mature, predictable supply chain infrastructure that supports high-growth objectives. Possible growth into BU Head position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the supply chain strategy in alignment with corporate growth targets, focusing on scalability, agility, and improved predictability.
- Lead a robust capacity planning and long-term roadmap to support project intake and new product launches.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring optimal inventory management, cost efficiency, and service performance across multiple sites.
- Propose and evaluate new operational models and process improvements, introducing modern capabilities and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Business Unit supply chain teams to align operational execution with commercial requirements.

- Manage change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and report supply chain performance metrics to the COO, providing clear recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience in senior supply chain leadership roles within pharmaceutical, CDMO, or complex manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in capacity planning, multi-site operations management, and supply chain transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking skills complemented by hands-on operational leadership.
- Effective influencer with strong stakeholder management capabilities in an international context.

Location & Mobility

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager with experience in planning tools (OMP) and SAP.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Logistics, or a related field
- +5 years of experience in supply chain and project management
- Expertise in the supply chain planning process
- Experience working with planning tools, ideal OMP (Strong knowledge, at least key-user)
- Expertise in SAP (R3 o S/4) and master data
- Fluent English (B2+/C1)
Main responsabilities
- You will serve as a bridge between standardized global systems and processes and the real operational needs of supply chain business
- Software initiatives, drive process enhancements, and ensure smooth execution of the associated change management activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our process framework and system environment of OMP and SAP
