Como empleado de almacén en DHL eCommerce, tu trabajo consistirá en procesar y clasificar paquetes para asegurarte de que estén listos para la entrega. Utilizarás sistemas de escaneo para rastrear cada artículo y asegurarte de que todo se clasifique rápidamente y en el lugar correcto.

Tus requisitos para tener éxito
- Experiencia conduciendo EPT (Transpaleta eléctrica) o montacargas, o disposición para obtener la certificación.

- Tener habilidades de comunicación buenas en inglés y/o neerlandés

Como empleado de almacén, recibirás capacitación para realizar tareas como:
- Escanear y clasificar paquetes
- Comprobar la calidad y etiquetar paquetes
- Levantar y mover artículos de diferentes pesos (los paquetes pueden ser pesados)
- Preparar paquetes para su envío
- Cargar/descargar contenedores
- Operar equipos de almacén (se proporciona capacitación)

As the Subject Matter Expert Warehouse Operations (eWM), you will lead the global design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM processes and solutions. Your mission is to ensure that our warehouse operations run reliably, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.
Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will actively drive the successful rollout and integration of SAP EWM into our operational landscape – from automation and logistics interfaces to validation and optimization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Design and optimize SAP EWM solutions that drive efficiency in inventory management, logistics workflows, and order fulfillment.
Configure and implement end-to-end warehouse processes across a diverse system and automation landscape.

What you do on a typical day
• Responsible for the whole Operations Process in your rotation
• Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer.

• Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI’s and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement.

• Plan the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals

What you need to succeed at GXO:
• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields
• Min 3 years of experience in Logistics/warehouse knowledge (Operations Manager) in automated logistics / distribution centres / warehouse / stockrooms
• Good PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook along with knowledge of creating and interrogating spreadsheets and data
• Knowledge of English at a professional level
• Knowledge of Spanish and Dutch is also an advantage

Your Role
As the Subject Matter Expert Warehouse Operations (eWM), you will lead the global design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM processes and solutions. Your mission is to ensure that our warehouse operations run reliably, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.
Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will actively drive the successful rollout and integration of SAP EWM into our operational landscape – from automation and logistics interfaces to validation and optimization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Design and optimize SAP EWM solutions that drive efficiency in inventory management, logistics workflows, and order fulfillment.
Configure and implement end-to-end warehouse processes across a diverse system and automation landscape.
Integrate SAP EWM with modules like MM, SD, and TM to enable smooth logistics execution and system-wide transparency.
Steer global rollouts of SAP EWM, ensuring alignment with local requirements and regulatory compliance.
Validate warehouse processes and ensure adherence to GxP and internal quality standards across regions.
Evaluate operational risks, identify improvement areas, and proactively implement enhancements.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to implement and manage robust SAP EWM interfaces.
Support change management and user enablement activities to drive system adoption and process excellence.
Your Profile
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Business Informatics , or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM design, configuration, and implementation.

Actualmente estamos buscando en nuestro departamento de Operaciones un/a Material Planner para nuestra sede de Cornellà de Llobregat (Headquarters).
¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
- Seguimiento y gestión de los materiales de los proyectos de Robótica gestionados por el Departamento de Operaciones a nivel de todo el Grupo Mecalux.
- Análisis de los proyectos de Robótica, identificando todo el material implicado (máquinas comunes, máquinas especiales, etc.), fechas de necesidad en obra, planificación de envíos, etc.
- Contacto directo con los Departamentos de Operaciones de las distintas delegaciones del Grupo.
- Apoyo y formación a los Jefes de Proyecto en el seguimiento de materiales a través de SAP y otras plataformas corporativas de Mecalux para la gestión de proyectos.
- Comunicación con responsables de departamentos internos y participación en proyectos de mejora (Ingeniería, Producción, Compras, Logística, Mejora Continua, IT).
- Elaboración de informes de carga de trabajo y de expedición de materiales.
- Coordinación con las fábricas y los Departamentos de Planificación de las diferentes plantas de producción.
- Revisión y apoyo técnico en la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas frente a problemas de stock.
- Redacción de manuales para el Departamento de Operaciones.
- Control y seguimiento de la documentación y de las planificaciones registradas en las herramientas corporativas para la gestión de proyectos.
- Gestión de cargas de materiales para cubrir periodos vacacionales y garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos?
- Formación FPII Superior / Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Industrial (mecánica/eléctrica).
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Manejo de office (Word y Excel),
- Nivel de inglés B2. Se valorará un segundo idioma extranjero preferentemente alemán o francés.
