**Descripción del empleo**
Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar a **un/a Modelador/a BIM** para formar parte de nuestro departamento de **Puentes y Estructuras** en Enterprise Capabilities. En AECOM, tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir a una amplia variedad de proyectos de infraestructura en un entorno internacional.
Participarás en proyectos que incluyen puentes, viaductos, estructuras de contención de tierras, túneles ejecutados mediante cut-and-cover, estructuras subterráneas, obras de drenaje (culverts) y estructuras de edificación. Este puesto está orientado a profesionales con experiencia en modelado BIM que deseen seguir desarrollando su conocimiento en modelado estructural, trabajando en distintas fases de proyecto, desde la concepción inicial hasta el diseño detallado.
Nuestro equipo cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en el desarrollo de proyectos de ingeniería de puentes en Estados Unidos, Australia, Canadá y Oriente Medio. Colaborarás con un equipo diverso y multicultural, contribuyendo al éxito de importantes proyectos de infraestructura de transporte.
**Responsabilidades principales:**
+ Desarrollar modelos BIM para proyectos de infraestructura de transporte (puentes, viaductos, túneles, edificaciones, etc), con un nivel de desarrollo desde LOD 200 a LOD 350.
+ Garantizar que los modelos cumplan los estándares y requisitos definidos en el Plan de Ejecución BIM (BEP).
+ Crear y desarrollar contenido BIM para la disciplina de Puentes y Estructuras.
+ Elaborar documentación gráfica y planos, incluyendo detalles de armaduras y planos de estructuras metálicas.
+ Apoyar las revisiones de calidad de los modelos de acuerdo con los procedimientos de QA/QC
+ Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares distribuidos en distintas oficinas.
+ Trabajar de forma autónoma dentro de un entorno de trabajo estructurado y colaborativo.
**Requisitos**
+ Idealmente, buscamos que aportes un mínimo de 5 años de **experiencia en el desarrollo de modelos BIM y produciendo planos para proyectos de infraestructura estructural.**
+ Dominio avanzado de Autodesk Revit (se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de Bentley OpenBridge).
+ **Inglés fluido, con capacidad para hablar y redactar documentación de forma fluida en un entorno profesional.**
+ Experiencia trabajando en entornos comunes de datos (CDE) como Autodesk Forma o ProjectWise.
+ Buen conocimiento de flujos de trabajo, estándares y requisitos de BIM.

Role Overview
Market Delivery Western Europe is part of Global Customer Delivery & Care and plays a key role within the Mastercard Europe organisation. This role sits at the intersection of customer, technology, and delivery.
The Team Lead, Market Delivery & Technology Account Management, is responsible for leading a team in Spain and Portugal who manages customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technology partnership activities, while also acting as an individual contributor for selected strategic customers, complex initiatives, and high-priority projects. This is not a traditional Director of Sales & Marketing role. It is a high-impact commercial leadership mandate for one of Madrid's leading full-service hotels, with the objective of accelerating performance, strengthening market positioning and contributing to long-term asset value creation.
The successful candidate will be expected to operate as a commercial strategist, talent developer, trusted business partner to the General Manager and Corporate Commercial Leadership Team, and ambassador of both Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa and Marriott International.

+ Directly lead and inspire a commercial organization of approximately 14 professionals: Proactive Sales (5), Reactive Sales & Event Coordination (7), and Marketing (2).
+ Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, continuous feedback, and high performance.
+ Develop future leaders through professional coaching, mentoring, clear objective-setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.

**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct medical review of clinical trial and post-marketing safety data, including adverse events (AEs), adverse drug reactions (ADRs), coding, causality, expectedness, seriousness assessments, and benefit-risk evaluations.
