Your key responsibilities will include:Strategic Content Development:
Create, write, and manage engaging content for a wide array of channels, including intranet platforms, digital displays, email campaigns, press releases, social media, presentations, and newsletters.Narrative Building:
Master the art of transforming complex information into clear, compelling, and visually appealing storylines for various internal and external audiences.Communication Strategy Execution:
Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication plans that align with business objectives and values.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with various internal departments and our network of communicators to ensure message consistency and strong internal alignment.Channel Optimization & Innovation:
Manage content calendars, track engagement metrics, and continuously explore new approaches, technologies, and innovations to maximize reach and effectiveness across all communication channels.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for excellence in communications.Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.2-4+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or an agency setting.Communication Expertise:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, style, and effective storytelling.Proven ability to create visually engaging and strategically sound content tailored for diverse audiences and formats.Proficiency in English (C1 level required) with strong reporting and presentation abilities.Digital Proficiency:
Hands-on experience in creating digital content (videos, graphics), managing newsletters, presentations, and familiar with intranet/website content management and social media best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and experience with photo/video/text editing software.Key Qualities:

Responsible for coordinating the communication of the brand, journalist and KOL actions, cobranding and participate in the production of events, launch event, test drive, motor show, CSR and related around PR actions as the followings by details:
- Report and Corporation with the marketing manager to follow yearly/quanterly marketing strategy.
- Design and support the development of PR strategies that fit the profile and communication of the products and the brand.
- Organize and coordinate public relations activities, such as events, press conferences, media actions, conventions, sponsorships, cobranding, etc.
- Manage relations with media, journalists and KOL according to the needs of the brand.
- Design, evaluate and manage press releases.
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, social responsibility and other partnerships.
- Analyze the results of public relations campaigns or efforts and prepare monthly reports.
- Plan, implement supervise and optimize editorial actions with the media to maximize the brand and product exposure.
- Follow-up and coordination and monitoring the PR agency.
- Car loans coordination and communication with the media
- Internal communications actions
- Coordination and management of effective PR campaigns through different channels.
Skills:
- High level of interpersonal skills to work and interact effectively with others.
- Oral and written communications skills.
- High target oriented
- Excellent negotiations skills.
