Position: Field Technical Engineer (País Vasco: Rioja, Navarra, Santander, Asturias) Purpose of the Job- Provide technical support to Sales Representatives and customers regarding Abbott Medical products.
- Assist with educational wet labs for physicians.
- Ensure compliance with all EMEAC Business Ethics, Regulatory, and Quality procedures.
- Support physicians across the national territory with equipment and assistance.
- Support physicians during clinical study enrollment and follow-up, collaborating with the Therapy Marketing Group.
- Conduct product presentations and training on new products.
- Support the Sales team and analyze competitors' devices.
- Maintain updated marketing databases and produce monthly activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally, adhering to quality procedures.
- Provide market feedback to the Sales Department.
- Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies, including pricing and expense reporting.
- Assist in building the yearly operating plan and support other areas as needed.
This position requires approximately 25% travel. It involves direct contact with customers.
Education & Competencies- University Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnologist, with hospital/operating room internships preferred.
- High-level English proficiency (C1 Advanced).
- Medical background and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are advantageous.
- Professional image, strong communication skills, and ethical character.
- Willingness to travel extensively, hardworking, and confident.

Estamos buscando a un Delegado de Ventas TBR y AG , que responderá directamente al Jefe Regional de Operaciones. Se trata de un puesto Regional , ubicado en País Vasco. Como Delegado de Ventas TBR y AG para el área comercial, te encargarás de garantizar la consecución de las cifras de producto de Camión y Agrícola en la zona de País Vasco, Cantabria, Burgos, La Rioja y Navarra.
Responsabilidades- Lograr el Obejtivo de Unds, Mix y Volumen facturado establecidos para los clientes asignados en tú Área.
- Desarrollar y acercarse a los Usuarios Finales de acuerdo con los Key dealers del área asignada.
- Gestión de los clientes en tu área de responsabilidad (Armonización de Canales y Clientes).
- Desarrollar el Bridgestone Partner Program implementando nuevas soluciones comerciales de neumáticos y movilidad.
- Aplicar el programa de venta de soluciones de valor utilizando los conocimientos y la metodología proporcionados en el programa de capacitación.
- Planificación y concertación de visitas.

- Al menos 3-5 años de experiencia en ventas. Deseable experiencia en entornos multinacionales.
- Los conocimientos y familiaridad de la venta de neumáticos de Camión son altamente valorados.
