We are a distributed team of 30 designers with different skills among multiple geographies across Spain. We are divided into 4 main areas: Product Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design and Comms Design, and we are integrated into different squads with the aim of devising, designing, and developing the entire experience of our products, brands, campaigns, and comms.

We work daily with user research and data teams that help us to make better decisions based on people and data, in order to validate and put into production well‑designed and well‑executed experiences.

As a Product Illustrator at Cabify, you will work within the Brand Design vertical while collaborating closely with the Product Design team. Your main mission will be to develop, maintain, and evolve the illustration libraries that give visual coherence and expressiveness to our product experiences.

You will act as a bridge between Brand and Product Design, ensuring that our visual language (especially illustration) reflects our identity consistently across digital interfaces, communications, and marketing touchpoints.

The day‑to‑day life of the Product Illustrator is a mix of tactical design work and visual systemisation. You'll turn abstract concepts into expressive illustrations, translate brand values into product imagery, and help the teams integrate these resources into real product experiences.

• Expanding and maintaining the illustration system within Cabify's Design System.
• Creating new sets of illustrations for product features, onboarding flows, and brand communications.
• Collaborating with product designers and developers to ensure scalability and accessibility of illustration assets.
• Evolving the visual storytelling across digital products and marketing materials.
• Supporting marketing and comms teams with custom illustration resources when needed.
• Documenting illustration usage guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across platforms.

• Excellent Salary conditions: L1 (21.000€ – 28.000€).
