- Build and execute our CRM and email strategy, from segmentation to automation to triggered flows and campaigns.
- Lead our paid social advertising efforts (Meta, TikTok, and others), balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Support the planning and coordination of D2C digital campaigns, including product launches and seasonal moments.
- Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our tone, voice, and values.
- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Contribute to ongoing experimentation and innovation across digital channels — including SEO, SEM, affiliate, and AI-based marketing tools.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a D2C, outdoor, or lifestyle brand.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and paid social campaign management.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills — able to connect performance with purpose.
- Passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and building brands with meaning.
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
- Experience or interest in SEO, Google Ads, AI marketing platforms, and data-driven tools is a strong plus.
