About the Role:Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Executive Office to create engaging branding, diagrams, and presentations. The role involves translating the founder’s vision into compelling visuals, working closely with marketing and leadership teams, including founder Sergey, to ensure all presentations are on-brand and audience-appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, storytelling, and impactful presentation creation in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:- Design Complex Diagrams: Reflect concepts from leadership, offering multiple creative options and ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
- Create Stunning Presentations: Design high-quality Google Slides and Keynote templates focused on blockchain technology, incorporating vivid details and animations.
- Collaborate: Work with colleagues on presentation goals, strategy, and design concepts, aligning with leadership and cross-functional teams.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día- Analizar y comparar soluciones del mercado (benchmarking) para extraer buenas prácticas aplicables.
- Diseñar soluciones centradas en el usuario que aporten valor funcional y visual a nuestros productos.
- Realizar entrevistas, encuestas y análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos para fundamentar el diseño.
- Definir user personas, mapear customer journeys y detectar fricciones y oportunidades.
- Documentar requerimientos, priorizar funcionalidades y alinear el diseño con los objetivos del producto.
- Crear flujos de usuario, arquitectura de la información y wireframes en fases iniciales.
- Diseñar interfaces visualmente atractivas, funcionales y coherentes con la identidad de marca.
- Construir y mantener Design Systems reutilizables y bien documentados.
- Garantizar que el diseño sea accesible y adaptable en distintos dispositivos y entornos.
- Desarrollar prototipos de alta fidelidad y realizar pruebas de concepto y test de usabilidad.
- Coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo para validar la implementación correcta de los diseños.
- Iterar en función de feedback, datos analíticos y pruebas reales de usuario.
- Formación universitaria oficial y homologada en áreas de diseño (Diseño Gráfico, Diseño de Producto, Diseño Digital o equivalente), que garantice una base sólida en fundamentos de diseño y desarrollo visual.
