Desde Grupo Alliance Selección estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a o arquitecto/a técnico para gestionar obras de construcción. Para trabajar y desarrollarse en una multinacional alemana

líder en su sector, ubicada en Fuencarral.

Estamos en búsqueda de un/una ingeniero/a de la edificación, arquitecto/a técnico o aparejador/a con experiencia de más de 3 años en proyectos y obras de construcción.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

- Definir el plan de actuación con elaboración de alcance, especificaciones, estimaciones de coste y planificación de los proyectos

- Propuesta de equipo soporte de servicios técnicos para llevar cabo el proyecto de ejecución y dirección facultativa.

- Monitorización, seguimiento y control de calidad de la ejecución de las obras conforme a proyecto.

- Interlocución con las oficinas técnicas, contratistas y administración.

- Interlocución con las áreas de negocio y Seguridad & salud

- Monitorización y control de los costes y de los plazos a lo largo de todo el proyecto.

- Seguimiento y propuesta de cierre técnico y económico

- Seguimiento del plazo y control de calidad de redacción de proyectos

- Gestión administrativa relacionada con proyectos y obras (tasas, permisos y licencias de obra, actividad, declaraciones responsables)

- Soporte técnico en la fase de licitación

- Contrato indefinido directamente con el cliente

- Salario: dependiendo de experiencia entre 30.000 y 40.000

Requisitos mínimos

Ingeniero/a de la edificación, arquitecto/a técnico o aparejador/a.

Experiencia en proyectos de instalaciones y obras de construcción de más de 3 años para:

- Elaboración de business case

- Control de costes y planificación

- Gestión de licencias con la administración

- Licitaciones

- Gestión de equipos técnicos (dirección facultativa) y proveedores

The Role


We are looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to oversee and coordinate customer implementation projects across the organization. This vacancy will be focus mainly in the LaTam market.

Reporting into the PMO Team Lead , and working as part of the Onboarding Organisation , you will be responsible for orchestrating the work of Onboarding Consultants and collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple departments. This pivotal role ensures that new clients experience a smooth and effective transition onto our platform. Your goal will be to guarantee efficient project execution, maximum resource utilization, and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.


Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual:

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Perform risk management to mitigate any risks.

• Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion and utilization rate.

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.

• Use and continually develop leadership skills.


Qualities/Requirements you will bring:


• +5 years of proven working experience in project management.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics.

• Knowledge in the project management tool Asana or experience in another project management software is highly desirable.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

¡Nuestro equipo de Data Science no para de crecer! Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Project Manager (AI/ML) para que se sume al equipo.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Ser responsable de supervisar todo el ciclo de vida de los proyectos, desde la fase de exploración hasta la producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y objetivos del negocio.

Gestionarás proyectos que involucren equipos multidisciplinarios (Data Science, ML, MLOps, Data Engineering, Fullstack) y trabajarás de cerca con los stakeholders para asegurar una comunicación efectiva e implementación exitosa.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Informática, Economía o disciplinas técnicas.
  • Experiencia previa de 3-5 años como Project Manager, preferiblemente en proyectos de AI/ML.
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y metodologías híbridas (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de los flujos típicos de proyectos AI/ML (PoC, MVP, CI/CD).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de conflictos.
  • Inglés fluido, tanto escrito como hablado; se valorará el español e italiano.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experiencia en proyectos de Data Science, AI, MLOps o Transformación Digital.
  • Certificaciones en Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de metodologías CI/CD para proyectos AI/ML.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager , you will collaborate with the worldwide teams to develop, launch and manage Strategic Scalable events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale the events to all our markets. You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning and reporting for our key experiences.

Overview

Project Manager – based out of Nextracker’s Madrid, Spain office. In this role, you will oversee projects within the EU region, ensuring best-in-class service by each employee on your team for their assigned customers. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites and manage customer accounts/projects from procurement to commissioning while providing technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, project inter-department teams, managing whole customer accounts or projects, coordinating logistics, and advocating for customer needs within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for your own safety, and shared responsibility for the safety of all NEXTracker staff, contractors, and visitors to your project sites. A good understanding of WHS principles and safety management is required.
  • Read, understand, and comply with NEXTracker company policies and procedures as outlined from time to time.
  • Manage whole customer accounts or groups of projects from PO to commissioning and take ownership of all aspects of these projects.
  • Oversee the success and development of direct reports.
  • Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to the customer.
  • Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools.
  • Ensure a strong customer care experience and communicate resolutions for customer issues effectively.
  • Coordinate the ordering of tools for the projects and ensure availability of tools and training for the projects.
  • Manage Project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow and cost management.
  • Provide customer field support for installation and quality control, including driving resolution to quality issues by Non-Conformance Report and Construction Deviation Report processes.
  • Coordinate and drive the on-time delivery of all products needed from PO to delivery, liaising with Design Engineering, Supply, Logistics, freight forwarders and the customers.
  • Establish, measure and report key performance indicators for customer care to drive behavior and performance.
  • Play a key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessment and feedback.
  • Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate within NEXTracker.
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years of combined Project Manager and Senior Project Manager experience in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong project management skills and qualifications.
  • Ability to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics.
  • Experience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Passion for solar or renewable energy.
  • Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications.

Hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems is a plus.
