Busco Social Media Manager Freelance con experiencia en LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters y edición de vídeo – 900 € / mes

Busco un / a profesional freelance para gestionar la presencia digital de 4–5 marcas (cuentas de empresa y perfiles personales de CEO), con enfoque estratégico y operativo.

El contenido lo genera un equipo externo, aunque deberás publicarlo, adaptarlo y enriquecerlo con creatividad, campañas y edición básica de vídeo.

Responsabilidades :

  • Publicación y calendarización de contenido :
  • 5 publicaciones semanales en perfiles personales
  • 1–2 publicaciones semanales en cuentas de empresa
  • Gestión de campañas publicitarias :
  • LinkedIn Ads y Meta Ads (segmentación, lanzamientos, optimización)
  • Edición de vídeo ligera (se ofrece cuenta de edición de Opus Clips para corte con IA)
  • Publicación mensual de una newsletter en LinkedIn
  • Reporting mensual y seguimiento de KPIs
  • Coordinación con el equipo de contenidos externos

Requisitos :

  • Dominio profesional de LinkedIn (perfil, publicaciones, Ads, newsletter)
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Experiencia en edición básica de vídeo (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express…)
  • Inglés mínimo C1

    The Internal Communication and Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing GDELS’ internal communication strategies. This position focuses on creating and implementing internal communication plans to effectively share relevant updates about GDELS’ business, people, and culture, fostering a strong sense of community and alignment among employees.

    The Specialist will elevate GDELS’ employer brand by designing bold and engaging campaigns that showcase the company as an exceptional place to work. Through strategic management of GDELS’ social media channels, the Specialist will connect internal and external narratives, amplifying the company’s voice, strengthening its reputation, and attracting top-tier talent.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Internal Communication, this role thrives on collaboration with key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Corporate Communication, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and compelling storyteller, passionate about driving GDELS’ mission to attract and retain top talent while building a vibrant internal culture and a standout employer brand.

    What your work will consist of:

    • Collaborate with the Director of Talent and Internal Communication to design, develop, and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
    • Craft and deliver high-quality internal communication materials, including messages, initiatives, digital content, campaigns, and audiovisuals, ensuring they drive employee engagement, foster alignment, and reflect GDELS’ business culture. Adapt tone and style appropriately to resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Ensure and maintain consistency in internal communication messages and content across all channels, departments, and organizational levels, ensuring alignment with Corporate Communications & Marketing strategies.
    • Oversee and manage the GDELS’ intranet implementation by liaising with external providers, the IT department, internal clients, and site representatives. Develop and maintain engaging, informative, and user-centric content to meet organizational needs.
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement impactful internal events and content that highlight GDELS’ business culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, employee experience, and professional development opportunities.
    • Develop professional videos and presentations to support organizational events and internal communication channels.
    • Ensure the quality and contextual relevance of all content in English, Spanish, and German, adapting messages to suit the intended audience.
    • Actively participate in cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaborative relationships with Corporate Communications & Marketing.
    • Manage and monitor GDELS’ social media presence by creating engaging posts, staying informed of social media trends and best practices, as well as ensuring alignment with the employer branding and communication goals.

    What is the profile required?

    • Proven working experience of 7+ years in internal communication and corporate communication positions in international companies, designing and implementing communication plans and campaigns in support of business strategy, employer branding, DEI and business culture, actively engaging internal employees on a global company wide basis.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising and Publics Affaires or Marketing.
    • Postgraduate studies in Internal Communication, Digital Marketing or similar.
    • Solid experience collaborating with different stakeholders and internal clients.
    • Experience in creating digital contents, videos, newsletters and presentations, as well as managing intranets, webs and social media.
    • Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing communication contents.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must (spoken and written - C1). German would be a plus.
    • Knowledge of internal communication processes and social media managing.
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) photoshop and on the use of software tools for editing (photo/video/text).

    Gestión de Sitio Web y App

    Gestionar y optimizar los sitios web y la aplicación móvil del grupo para asegurar una experiencia de usuario fluida y atractiva.Actualizar contenido regularmente, resolver problemas técnicos y apoyar mejoras continuas.

    Ejecución de Campañas Digitales

    Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear campañas de publicidad pagada (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.).Optimizar el rendimiento y elaborar informes sobre los KPIs.

    Optimización de UI/UX

    Colaborar con el equipo de diseño y desarrollo para mejorar el recorrido del usuario.Realizar pruebas de usabilidad y aplicar mejoras basadas en datos.

    SEO y Alineación de Contenidos

    The Role

    We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us elevate how NNormal shows up across all key digital channels. You’ll drive and optimize our CRM and email marketing , manage paid social campaigns , and contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on and strategic role , with the freedom to shape new ideas and test smarter, more meaningful ways to grow.

    You’ll collaborate across brand, e-commerce, and content teams — helping to bridge performance and creativity. Experience with SEO, SEM , or AI marketing platforms is a strong plus.


    Your Mission

    • Build and execute our CRM and email strategy , from segmentation to automation to triggered flows and campaigns.
    • Lead our paid social advertising efforts (Meta, TikTok, and others), balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
    • Support the planning and coordination of D2C digital campaigns , including product launches and seasonal moments.
    • Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our tone, voice, and values.
    • Analyze performance data and share actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
    • Contribute to ongoing experimentation and innovation across digital channels — including SEO, SEM, affiliate , and AI-based marketing tools .


    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a D2C, outdoor, or lifestyle brand.
    • Solid understanding of CRM systems , email marketing platforms (e.G., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and paid social campaign management .
    • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills — able to connect performance with purpose.
    • Passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and building brands with meaning.
    • Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
    • Experience or interest in SEO, Google Ads, AI marketing platforms , and data-driven tools is a strong plus .
