Work on high-impact projects with issuers and acquirers across various markets
Conduct profitability and efficiency analyses in complex billing environments
Interact directly with senior-level clients from international financial institutions

; What we’re looking for
At least 2 years of experience in strategic, business, or financial consulting
Fluency in English and Spanish
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, along with at least a basic understanding of SQL
Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a structured approach to work
Excellent communication abilities and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders

Overview THE ROLE
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI / ML solutions across our Banking AI portfolio. This role is central to Temenos’ AI strategy, delivering responsible, high-impact models that transform how banks operate and serve their customers.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to build scalable, ethical, and high-performing AI systems. You will also mentor data scientists, contribute to AI governance, and drive innovation in areas such as GenAI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
OPPORTUNITIES
AI Strategy & Innovation
Lead research and prototyping of novel AI techniques, including GenAI and LLMs, for banking use cases.
Define and drive the AI / ML roadmap in alignment with product and business goals.
Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.
Model Development & Deployment
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI / ML models for banking, across retail, risk and compliance, payments, wealth.
Collaborate with engineering and design to integrate models into scalable, cloud-native and on-prem systems.
Establish best practices for model monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers.
Review code, model architectures, and experiments to ensure scientific rigor and quality.
Contribute to the development of internal AI frameworks, tools, and reusable components.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with product, engineering, design and sales teams to translate requirements into data science solutions.

Qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure reward programs are aligned with business objectives, competitive in the market, and compliant globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage global Total Rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits, and international mobility.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of compensation and benefits systems/tools, collaborating with HRIS and vendors.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices across multiple regions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to advise on pay, benefits, and mobility matters, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
- Support and manage the annual compensation cycle (salary review, bonus planning, benefits renewals).
- Oversee employee mobility cases, including relocations, assignments, and related cost modeling and compliance.
- Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring reward strategies support business transformation and employee engagement.
- Monitor global trends, legal developments, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver clear communications to stakeholders regarding reward programs, changes, and guidelines.
- Foster strong collaboration with HRBPs, Talent, Finance, and Legal teams globally.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits roles within multinational environments.
- Solid experience with global compensation structures, benefits strategy, and international mobility.
- Experience in deploying or enhancing HR tools and compensation systems (e.G., Workday, Success Factors, Mercer and other tools).
- Strong data analysis and benchmarking skills using market data providers (e.G., Mercer, WTW).
- Proven ability to manage projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong Systems & Data Analytics.
- Fluent in English;
Spanish is a strong plus.

We are building up the data governance process globally and expanding our Global Master Data Management Team .
The Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist will analyze Data out of SAP and non SAP ERP Systems in alignment with Business and Project Teams within the Global MDM Program and develop rule based data reports for Material-, Customer-, Supplier- and Operations Data and support the Development of Global Data Quality Management Process and Data Cleansing.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Develop Data Quality-, Cleansing and Migration Reports with T-Sql programming based on SAP and ERP Tables and creation of complex stored procedures, triggers, views, and user defined function in SQL server to meet the functional requirements
- Guide Business in translating their business requirements into the SAP and ERP environment based reports
- Support the technical setup of Migration of data from multiple sources and different formats to relational data warehouse, staging databases using complex stored procedures, SQL scripts for extraction, transformation and in template of loading of data
- Close alignment with Business and Project Teams to identify and specify the data requirements for Data Quality Management, Risk Minimization and Data Migration
- Maintenance of authorization groups, management of access rights and management of report distribution
- Automate the complete reporting process from data extraction to reporting, for example cleansing reports for business users / dependency reports to check cross object completeness
- Implementation of data profiling, data harmonization, deduplication and data Cleansing based on business rules defined object wise
- University degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
- Highly proficient in T-Sql programming and vast experience in creating complex stored procedures, triggers, views, and user defined function in SQL server to meet the functional requirements
- SAP Table Knowledge is a must
- Experience in technical setup of Migration of data from multiple sources and different formats to relational data warehouse, staging databases using complex stored procedures, SQL scripts for extraction, transformation and in template of loading of data
- A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
- Demonstrated ability to work in a challenging environment and provide open feedback
