We invite a Security Analyst to join our Access Team in Valencia, Spain.
Responsibilities
Access Profiles & Role Management
Create and maintain standardized access profiles for all company systems.
Keep the corporate role matrix up to date and aligned with business and security requirements.
Regularly review and update role definitions to reflect organizational changes.
System Onboarding & Access Design
Analyze new systems during onboarding to define access management requirements.
Design and configure access roles in new and existing systems based on business requests and security policies.
Collaborate with IT and business owners to validate access needs and ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.
Access Lifecycle Management
Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes for users and roles.
Conduct regular access reviews and recertifications in collaboration with system owners.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and troubleshooting.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on access management best practices across the company.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related IT security areas.
Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principles, and access lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with user provisioning / deprovisioning, role and profile creation.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into secure and scalable access configurations.
Solid technical skills: working with Active Directory / Azure AD / Okta or similar IAM platforms.
Strong analytical and documentation skills (access matrices, role models, process flows).
Effective communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and security teams.
English B2+.
Nice to have
A Bachelor U2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI DSS, GDPR, and others is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Azure IAM).
