Responsibilities include:
Demonstrating exceptional communication skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across various job functions and hierarchical levels (National Sales and GSO).
Employing a proactive problem-solving approach and standardising processes, e.G., case prioritisation, cross-country working teams, developing feedback frameworks, and implementing escalation/feedback forms.
Project and task management: creating SOPs, distributing responsibilities, and defining timeframes for various teams.
Coordinating and managing the team's daily activities, fostering a productive work environment.
Providing coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth.
Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication, driving creative solutions.
Setting clear and specific goals aligned with organisational objectives.
