Your Mission

Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated, mission-driven professionals to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of AI Agents. This role requires individuals who are proactive, thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments, and can adapt swiftly to evolving priorities and challenges.

As the CMO, you will collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving the growth and transformation of the IQ AI brand. This position focuses on expanding our presence in the AI and Web2/Web3 spaces while solidifying our position within the crypto-native ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Design, to deliver impactful content, manage the marketing calendar, and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, partnerships, and more.

Tasks

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with key business and technical milestones.
  • Promote IQ AI’s ATP platform by engaging users across diverse channels, including social media platforms like Twitter Spaces and Discord.
  • Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events to build community and drive ecosystem engagement.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and related events.
  • Drive user growth, retention, and engagement across a variety of user demographics and archetypes.

Descripción del puesto:

En Cronomía estamos buscando un SEO Growth Hacker con experiencia en SEO e inbound para captar leads. Diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias de SEO, marca, contenidos… para maximizar el volumen de leads cualificados captados de forma orgánica. Además, gestionarás equipos externos que realizan campañas de paid media en canales como LinkedIn Ads, Bing y Meta.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en ejecutar diferentes acciones de captación de leads, un foco en generar ingresos y es capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.

Principales responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Desarrollar e implementar el plan de marketing (estrategia inbound, SEO, linkbuilding, contenidos…) considerando el presupuesto y recursos disponibles.
  • Definir y ser responsable de OKRs ambiciosos y medir el ROI de cada acción.

Main responsibilities:

Projects

The Role

As our Founding Marketing Artist , you'll primarily own the creative direction and execution of our user acquisition and marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with some lightweight support for product design and branding needs. You'll rapidly bring marketing concepts from ideation to production, working closely with the rest of our team to create compelling visuals and videos that drive user growth while maintaining brand consistency.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns across all channels (80% of role)
  • Create engaging motion graphics and static assets for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Repurpose and localize existing assets, optimizing them for different formats, layouts, and audiences
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on creative assets based on performance data and market trends
  • Brief and manage third-party creative vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Design and maintain a cohesive visual identity that scales across our marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to optimize creative performance and improve key metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing of creative assets to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Support product team with basic UI/UX and branding design needs when required (20% of role) Own the vision and execution for branding materials, including logos, promotional videos, social media visuals, and other consumer-facing content.
  • Create compelling App Store and Play Store assets
  • Integrate UGC (User-Generated Content) with real people and AI-generated visuals to craft seamless, next-level consumer experiences.
  • Share your knowledge of design best practices and performance marketing trends to influence creative decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in non-game mobile app environments
  • Proficiency with emerging creative tools (CapCut, Figma, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Arcads, Heygen, Captions, Runway, ElevenLabs etc.)
  • Experience in competitor creative search in Meta, Tiktok ad libraries and Sensor Tower
  • Experience with performance marketing and and iterate on creative concepts
  • Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns for mobile apps
  • Strong motion design and video editing capabilities
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their creative requirements
  • Track record of delivering successful ad creatives that drove user acquisition at scale

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, storefront image generation
  • Social media brand asset generation
  • Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization)

Working Style

  • We're a remote-only company (ideally GMT to GMT+3)
  • Regular In-Person Collaboration : We believe that forming and norming relationships in a nascent business has to include regular in-person time. We plan to meet in person every 2 months or more frequently, for one week at a time. We will arrange the logistics and pay for accommodation/travel costs, but it's important that you commit to attending these colocation weeks
  • Commitment to Impact : Working too many hours doesn't guarantee success, but working too few leads to failure. We expect everyone to put in their best effort every day, but we don't expect you to work late evenings or on weekends regularly (though it does definitely happen sometimes!). We are careful to avoid burnout, but we also don't want to sugarcoat the fact that raw hours can make a huge difference in a startup
