As a Regulatory Compliance Manager you’ll be providing proactive, professional and commercially aware compliance advice and services to the business, covering designing and implementing controls to protect the business from regulatory risks and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the controls in the management of our exposure to risks. This will help us excel at Regulatory Compliance to stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a solid knowledge base of legislation, regulations and technical documents
- Assisting with ensuring Betway is compliant with applicable regulations by providing the business with advice and support
- Carrying out a programme of monitoring for compliance risks
- Compilation, maintenance and submission reports, returns and notifications as required to meet the expectations of regulators
- Management and oversight of the Betway website(s)
- Supervision and management of change controls
- Liaising and maintaining close working relationships with third party companies involved in the operations of Betway’s licences
- Assisting in ad hoc duties as and when required
