Our principal focuses as regards to this position are in the areas of:
- Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
- Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period
or
financial projections.
- Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in deliv
ering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides
identified
during our
work
- Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and
analysis
Requirements:
Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering
Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English)
- Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory)
- 2-
3
years of experience in audit
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Data analytics will be a plus (Power

FUNCTIONAL CONTENTMain Role
The Finance Excellence Manager is responsible for driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across the Financial Services function at ESTEVE. This role focuses on
continuous improvement, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices
at ESTEVE's Financial Services department. This will contribute to ESTEVE's growth strategy by increasing the scalability and deployment of such processes
Roles
- Process Improvement & Standardization
: mapping and optimization of processes within Financial Services and development of relevant of SOPs in line with Best Practices - Best Practices: Analyze technological & industry trends and their applications in finance to propose improvements and innovations.
- M&A: Act as Finance Integration Lead ensuring the smooth financial transition and alignment during mergers, acquisitions, or other major organizational changes
- Performance Management: monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure service & performance level
- T
echnology & Automation
: collaborate with T&D to identify and implement automation solutions and champion the adoption of financial systems and tools. - Provide training & support to Financial Services Team on new processes and tools
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (People, T&D, Supply Chain,etc) and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, vendors, and clients.
- Project Management
: Manage optimization projects in global financial services, including payment systems, financial data analytics, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. Define and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements and identify & mitigate financial risks.

Required Studies:
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting , or related field
- Masters' Degree or specialized certification a plus
Other specialized knowledge:
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2)
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc)
Languages:
- Native or full proficiency in Spanish, written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- 3rd European Language a plus.
Professional experience:
- 5+ years of experience
as in a Finance role with proven record in
implementing process optimization and transformation initiatives - Experience in process improvement, lean management, and implementing best practices
