Ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met.
Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labor management and employee training.
Recruits, hires, develops and retains front line team.
Conducts period inventory.
Maintains records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting agency standards.
Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization.
May participate in sales process and negotiation of contracts.
Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
Additional ResponsibilitiesManage the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria / Residential Dining Facility).
Develop and implement food service plans aligned with the client's mission and vision, to include sustainable practices.

Position: Head of Food Sales Spain
We are looking for a Head of Sales Food Service in Spain, reporting to the Country Manager Iberia and Head of Sales Food Iberia. Lead a mission-oriented organization, ensure a best-in-class work environment, and be responsible for coordinating the Food Service Sales Department in Spain as well as creating the strategy, development, and implementation of commercial activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing all sales and commercial activities within the Food sector in Spain;
- Designing mid- and long-term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Professional strategy into an actionable model within the territory;
- Determining market share growth targets aligned with group commercial strategy;
- Delivering ongoing profitable growth through commercial innovation and maximizing market share;
- Managing and delivering the commercial P&L;
- Creating value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable sales growth in volume and value;
- Evaluating and minimizing commercial risks;
- Analyzing market trends and developments to maximize the impact of the commercial strategy;
- Ensuring correct pricing management and terms & conditions;
- Maintaining and developing a strong network of existing and new customers/partners;
- Supporting profitable development of key accounts;
- Managing, coaching, and developing direct reports (Area Managers & BDM);
- Managing a cross-functional team and collaborating with other functions in a matrix organization;
- Customer relationship management, bringing customers into the company;
- Creating a sustainable environment to encourage talent development aligned with the commercial strategy;
- Implementing and driving digitalization initiatives.

Successful candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, self-starters able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. The person will be providing support in day-to-day tasks to the Public Relations team at Samy Alliance.
Job Functions
- Supporting the team in managing client accounts and campaigns.
- Follow-up of media activity, including media contact and identification of opportunities and coverage reports.
- Drafting of specific content for the media (press releases, dossiers, calls, message and Q&A documents).
- Telephone follow-up of press releases and calls for media releases.
- Elaboration and updating of databases.
- Assistance in the elaboration of new business proposals.
Requirements
- University Degree
- At least 2-3 months work experience in PR & Communications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
- Great organizational and analytical skills
- Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- High energy and can-do attitude
- Goal-oriented and fast-learning and autonomous worker
- English C1 and Spanish are necessary, any other language is a plus
- Remunerated internship
