Estamos en búsqueda de un Google Ads Specialist, para implementar, analizar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads y otros canales digitales.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Configurar, lanzar y optimizar campañas de SEM en Google Ads, Bing y otros buscadores.
- Realizar análisis de datos y proponer optimizaciones para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Implementar y gestionar etiquetas de conversión mediante Google Tag Manager.
- Transmitir conclusiones, aprendizajes y propuestas de mejora en las campañas ejecutadas.
- Participar en la creación de informes finales con métricas clave y aprendizajes cualitativos para las campañas ejecutadas.

As an experienced
SEM Specialist(VALENCIA),
you will be responsible for manage the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You should be able to advice different clients and its advertising agencies through the best bet on social networks. You and your team will also provide daily assistance to our agency media team.
Running campaigns on the different systems across the relevant networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) or "third-party tracking". You will have a clear vision on social media and the ability to evaluate campaigns and extract learnings in order to include them in a later client recommendation.
You need to proactively come up with new ideas and be aware of the latest developments on social media. You are also able to think together with the customer about their goals and how social media contributes to them. You will investigate the target audience's behavior and wishes in order to later include these ideas into the social recommendation for the clients. All this with the aim that clients achieve better results on the different social networks.
Responsabilidades
- You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, control and management of projects and social media campaigns (from all levels of the funnel, awareness to performance).
- Will work closely with our clients, as well as creation, strategy, media agency and our external service providers / vendors.
- Will take care of our clients, in terms of continuous and scheduled monitoring of all campaign measures and will be responsible for acquiring substantial learning for the optimization of current and future measures of the social / digital area.
- Will support all internal social media teams in the paid ads area (social and digital networks).
- Will lead and support your team in the creation and planning of client's campaigns.
- Will be responsible for the creation and evaluation of the post campaign analysis, as well as reporting to the client.
- Will use common analytics and social media tools.
- Will have a creative understanding of how to transfer analytical results into creative reports for social and digital campaigns.
Cualificaciones
- Bachelor's Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science or similar; or 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
- Professional experience within the marketing industry or in a media agency environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context, all social media channels, functions and associated communication features and possibilities.
- A high degree of specialization in social media networks.

Experiencia y competencias deseadas:

Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team, delivering excellent service to a leading beauty client and helping to shape the future of paid search.
Understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products/services. Ensuring that we are a market leader, and how best to organise for success.
Responsibilities- Creation and monitoring of Search, Shopping, Performances Max, Demand Gen and Youtube campaigns.
- Management and optimization of audiences of Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and advertising on the Google platforms.
- Proposals for optimization of e-commerce.
- Strategy, reporting and campaign optimization.
- Establishment of SEM plans and proposals. Development, activation and optimization of the tactical descent.
- Communication with clients and with the teams of the different Publicis Media agencies.
- Analysis of keywords, creation of copys and the structure of campaigns based on objectives.
- Monthly billing and budget management.
- Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Actualmente en el departamento de Marketing estamos buscando un / a SEM Specialist para nuestra sede de Cornellà de Llobregat (Headquarters).
Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
- Gestión de las campañas de Paid de los diferentes negocios de la Compañía para diversos mercados.
- Colaborar con la Dirección de Marketing para adecuar la inversión en SEM a los criterios comerciales de la Compañía.
- Analizar nuevas oportunidades de mejora, estando al día de los cambios que se producen en los motores de búsqueda y herramientas SEM.
- Ofrecer recomendaciones reales y válidas, involucrándose para conseguir los objetivos comunes de negocio.
- Incrementar las conversaciones y el retorno de la inversión en las campañas Paid.
Requisitos mínimos :
- Formación Universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, ADE, Periodismo sin descartar cualquier formación relacionada.
- Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años desarrollando las funciones descritas.
- Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de campañas con Google Ads, Bing y Linkedin.
- Experiencia en análisis de datos y habituado a trabajar con gran cantidad de información (uso de Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Persona habituada a utilizar la información para la toma de decisiones.
- Experiencia imprescindible en el uso avanzado de hojas de cálculo (Excel, Sheets, etc.).
- Conocimientos de marketing y publicidad en internet.
- Persona habituada a trabajar en equipo, cuidadosa y con atención al detalle.
- Persona proactiva, autónoma, analítica y orientada a resultados.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés hablado y escrito.
