AWS continues to rapidly grow and we seek a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and help drive growth with well-funded and high-potential startups. In this dynamic business, the core responsibility is to ensure that new and high-potential startups choose AWS as their cloud platform to transform and accelerate their business. We work backward from the customer and partner with technical team members, business development, and stakeholders to lead scaled Go-to-Market strategies, accelerate adoption and drive customer success.
The ideal candidate has a passion for working with innovators and new technologies, possesses a strong sales background, and demonstrates the technical aptitude to learn and discuss the latest technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data services, and sustainable computing. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to work at the speed of startup founders and engage with personas ranging from developers to technical founders and CXOs. You will work alongside Solution Architects, Product Specialists, Inside Sales, Business Development, and technology and services partners. As a self-starter, you will travel for in-person meetings and attend events. The role involves developing and executing territory coverage plans while consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets and measurable business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure customer success with early-stage (Seed to Series B) and mid-stage (Series C+) startups
- Drive revenue and market share in assigned territory or industry vertical
- Accelerate customer adoption through strategic sales engagements and GTM strategy execution
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and business objectives

- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for AWS services

- Investigar cómo resuelven problemas otras apps.
- Traer inspiración de sectores distintos (gaming, lifestyle, apps sociales) para innovar.
Trabajo en Equipo
- Colaborar con diseñadores UI/UX, desarrollo y marketing para que la visión de producto se traduzca en realidades medibles.
- Asegurar consistencia estética y emocional en todas las pantallas y microinteracciones.
Iteración Basada en Datos y Feedback
- Analizar cómo los usuarios usan cada flujo.
- Proponer mejoras que no solo resuelvan problemas, sino que eleven la experiencia general.
La experiencia que puedes aportar:
- Experiencia como Product Designer o Lead UX/UI, con proyectos en B2C (apps sociales, lifestyle, gaming, entretenimiento o marketplaces).
- Evolución posterior hacia roles de producto (PM o similar), liderando no solo diseño sino también visión y estrategia.
- Experiencia trabajando con journeys emocionales (ej. onboarding, gamificación, interacciones sociales).
- Capacidad de storytelling: explicar una funcionalidad como una experiencia que se vive, no como un simple flujo técnico.

El puesto de Director de Área de financiación para PYMES y Startups es clave para facilitar el acceso al capital y soluciones financieras innovadoras para pequeñas y medianas empresas, así como startups en crecimiento. Deberá desarrollar este área dentro de una boutique financiera.
Responsabilidades
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de financiación para PYMES y startups de diferentes sectores.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, generando alianzas estratégicas con entidades financieras y socios clave.
- Realizar presentaciones y negociaciones con clientes para ofrecer soluciones a medida.
- Impulsar la captación de nuevos clientes y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas y duraderas.
- Experiencia demostrable en áreas de financiación, banca o consultoría financiera (preferentemente en el segmento PYMES/startups).
- Conocimiento actualizado de productos financieros, alternativas de inversión y tendencias del mercado.
- Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Capacidad para analizar estados financieros y evaluar riesgos crediticios.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales y plataformas de gestión financiera.
