The Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with these early stage startup companies as they build their businesses. We’re here to make sure that they can deploy the best, most scalable, and most secure architectures possible – and that they spend as little time and money as possible doing so.

We are looking for technical builders who love the idea of working with early stage startups to help them as they grow. In this role, you’ll work directly with a variety of interesting customers and help them make the best (and sometimes the most pragmatic) technical decisions along the way. You’ll have a chance to build enduring relationships with these companies and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

As well as spending time working directly with customers, you’ll also get plenty of time to “sharpen the saw” and keep your skills fresh. We have more than 175 services across a range of different categories and it’s important that we can help startups take advantages of the right ones. You’ll also play an important role as an advocate with our product teams to make sure we are building the right products for the startups you work with. And for the customers you don’t get to work with on a 1:1 basis you’ll get the chance to share your knowledge more broadly by working on technical content and presenting at events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Young Startups Partner. The role is based in Valencia, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Young Startups Partner, you will oversee and support the growth of early-stage companies, identify new market opportunities, provide strategic guidance, and foster partnerships. Additionally, you will help develop business strategies, mentor startup teams, and drive innovation within the collective.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, market analysis, and strategy development
  • Strong skills in mentoring, leadership, and team management
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing office presence in Valencia and remote work
  • Proven track record in working with startups or early-stage companies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in emerging markets and industries are a plus

Estamos buscando : DIGITAL & AUDIOVISUAL MARKETING

Startups.st diseña y ejecuta programas de emprendimiento, incubación, aceleración y desarrollo empresarial para emprendedores, startups y pymes. Trabajamos con entidades públicas y privadas en toda España, y desarrollamos iniciativas internacionales (Colombia, México, India, China.) para impulsar el tejido empresarial y ayudar a las startups y empresas a crecer.

Para seguir impulsando el impacto generado, buscamos una compañera o compañero que nos acompañe en nuestros esfuerzos en el Área de Marketing, impulsando de forma considerable nuestra estrategia digital y audiovisual para potenciar nuestra marca a nivel nacional, generar comunidad y posicionarnos como referentes en el ecosistema empresarial.

Para ello, desde el puesto de Especialista Marketing Startups liderarás todos los esfuerzos para poner en valor el impacto generado por todas las iniciativas de Startups.st (tanto propias como de clientes), generar comunidad y atraer prospectos de nuevos clientes (públicos y privados).

Tus principales responsabilidades serán :

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing digital, con especial foco en contenido audiovisual.
  • Crear y coordinar contenidos en formato audiovisual : entrevistas, cápsulas de formación, behind the scenes, eventos, reels, shorts, livestreamings, etc.
  • Construir y dinamizar nuestras comunidades en canales clave : newsletter, LinkedIn y YouTube principalmente
  • Supervisar campañas digitales de captación (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads), si necesario, supervisar proveedores de este ámbito.
  • Gestionar equipos de contenido (diseño, edición, producción, copywriting).
  • Proponer KPIs y resultados de marketing, optimizando los canales y formatos.
  • Supervisar proveedores y / o creación de contenidos para la estrategia de Marketing.

Estamos buscando una persona que tenga :

  • Visión Estratégica para desarrollar el área de marketing con todo su potencial.
  • Creatividad audiovisual y mentalidad digital-first.
  • Proactividad, autonomía, visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución.
  • Buenas habilidades de planificación, narrativa de marca y coordinación de equipos creativos.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de edición, gestión de redes sociales, CRM, campañas de paid media y automatización.
  • Muy valorable : Residencia en Galicia
  • Muy valorable : Experiencia con Emprendedores, Startups
