Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining high-value relationships with early-stage and growth-stage startups.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to attract and integrate startups into our community, ensuring strong and meaningful engagement.
  • Leading the organization and execution of competitions and innovation programs, maximizing their impact and reach.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture capital funds, corporates, and other key ecosystem players to foster collaboration and synergies.
  • Tracking the performance and growth of our alumni network, leveraging their achievements to strengthen our global community and brand presence.
  • Contributing to the strategic positioning of South Summit within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: University degree required; advanced studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields will be highly valued.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within the startup ecosystem, innovation programs, venture capital, or related fields. Proven understanding of startup operations, challenges, and economic impact.
  • Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level or higher).
Skills
  • Strong leadership and networking capabilities to establish and sustain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of administration and finance.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of technology related sales, business development, marketing, channel management experience
  • Extensive customers or pre-sale experience in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-selling / technology-related environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Tus principales responsabilidades serán :

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing digital, con especial foco en contenido audiovisual.
  • Crear y coordinar contenidos en formato audiovisual : entrevistas, cápsulas de formación, behind the scenes, eventos, reels, shorts, livestreamings, etc.
  • Construir y dinamizar nuestras comunidades en canales clave : newsletter, LinkedIn y YouTube principalmente
  • Supervisar campañas digitales de captación (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads), si necesario, supervisar proveedores de este ámbito.
  • Gestionar equipos de contenido (diseño, edición, producción, copywriting).
  • Proponer KPIs y resultados de marketing, optimizando los canales y formatos.
  • Supervisar proveedores y / o creación de contenidos para la estrategia de Marketing.

    AWS Spain Startup team is looking for a new team member who is passionate about enabling and developing growth-/late-stage technology startups.     A day in the life
    A typical day involves engaging with developers and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to discuss strategies for scaling the business. Conversations with founders are a key aspect, focusing on assisting them in achieving their business goals. The team collaborates internally during daily syncs, where ideas are shared, and discussions revolve around driving new opportunities and mutual learning. Additionally, in the EMEA region, there is an emphasis on dedicating a day each month to focus on individual wellbeing.

    Estamos buscando : DIGITAL & AUDIOVISUAL MARKETING

    Startups.st diseña y ejecuta programas de emprendimiento, incubación, aceleración y desarrollo empresarial para emprendedores, startups y pymes. Trabajamos con entidades públicas y privadas en toda España, y desarrollamos iniciativas internacionales (Colombia, México, India, China.) para impulsar el tejido empresarial y ayudar a las startups y empresas a crecer.

    Para seguir impulsando el impacto generado, buscamos una compañera o compañero que nos acompañe en nuestros esfuerzos en el Área de Marketing, impulsando de forma considerable nuestra estrategia digital y audiovisual para potenciar nuestra marca a nivel nacional, generar comunidad y posicionarnos como referentes en el ecosistema empresarial.

    Para ello, desde el puesto de Especialista Marketing Startups liderarás todos los esfuerzos para poner en valor el impacto generado por todas las iniciativas de Startups.st (tanto propias como de clientes), generar comunidad y atraer prospectos de nuevos clientes (públicos y privados).

    Tus principales responsabilidades serán :

    • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing digital, con especial foco en contenido audiovisual.
    • Crear y coordinar contenidos en formato audiovisual : entrevistas, cápsulas de formación, behind the scenes, eventos, reels, shorts, livestreamings, etc.
    • Construir y dinamizar nuestras comunidades en canales clave : newsletter, LinkedIn y YouTube principalmente
    • Supervisar campañas digitales de captación (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads), si necesario, supervisar proveedores de este ámbito.
    • Gestionar equipos de contenido (diseño, edición, producción, copywriting).
    • Proponer KPIs y resultados de marketing, optimizando los canales y formatos.
    • Supervisar proveedores y / o creación de contenidos para la estrategia de Marketing.

    AWS continues to rapidly grow and we seek a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and help drive growth with well-funded and high-potential startups. In this dynamic business, the core responsibility is to ensure that new and high-potential startups choose AWS as their cloud platform to transform and accelerate their business. We work backward from the customer and partner with technical team members, business development, and stakeholders to lead scaled Go-to-Market strategies, accelerate adoption and drive customer success.
    The ideal candidate has a passion for working with innovators and new technologies, possesses a strong sales background, and demonstrates the technical aptitude to learn and discuss the latest technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data services, and sustainable computing. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to work at the speed of startup founders and engage with personas ranging from developers to technical founders and CXOs. You will work alongside Solution Architects, Product Specialists, Inside Sales, Business Development, and technology and services partners. As a self-starter, you will travel for in-person meetings and attend events. The role involves developing and executing territory coverage plans while consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets and measurable business objectives.

    Basic Qualifications
    - 5-8 years of technology related sales, business development, marketing, channel management experience
