Responsabilidades
- Seguimiento de las operativas diarias y gestión de sus incidencias.
- Liderazgo del personal a su cargo en la gestión de la carga de trabajo, jornada/turnos, reparto de tareas, etc.
- Control de la productividad de las operativas terrestres.
- Participar en la reunión diaria previa a planificación con el departamento de Marcas para recibir la información de movimientos correspondientes a pedidos de cliente del día siguiente.
- Participar en la reunión de planificación diaria junto al Director General y el Encargado General para programar las operativas terrestres previstas para el día siguiente, tanto para la contratación de personal como para calcular el espacio necesario para la ubicación de las unidades.
Calificaciones
- Formación académica alineada al sector de la automoción.
- Idiomas mínimos: castellano e inglés valorable.
- Experiencia mínima cinco años en misma posición o similar.

Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to join the Works section as the Maintenance Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of works associated with Council’s road maintenance activities specifically with regards to the maintenance and installation of traffic facilities.
You will hold a current NSW Class C Driver’s licence, as a minimum, and have knowledge and experience with regards to works associated with road construction and maintenance.
Key Requirements- Current NSW Class C Driver’s licence, as a minimum
- Experience operating small plant used in the construction industry
- WorkCover Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Broad knowledge in Civil Engineering maintenance or construction particularly in traffic facilities i.e. signage, line marking, roadside furniture etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects preferably in a Local Government environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several projects at one time.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a broad cross section of staff to achieve a high level of production and quality
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Current Work Site Traffic Control (For Traffic Control Layout Planning)
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Software i.e. word, excel
- First Aid Certificate
- Local Government knowledge and experience
Position Status: Permanent full-time
Hours of work: 38 hours per week with an RDO every third week

JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Supervisor directly supervises accounting processes and related functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Supervise implementation of plans, procedures, and policies on payment processing and financial reporting.
- Assist Finance Manager on projects aligned with the company's strategic direction.
- Supervise implementation of procedures, policies, and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments on interrelated processes, and conduct process reviews to strengthen interrelated processes.

Responsabilidades:- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en el campo, asegurando que se adhieran a las políticas y procedimientos de HSE de la empresa.
- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener programas de prevención de riesgos laborales, realizando evaluaciones periódicas de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Identificar y resolver problemas en el campo, trabajando de manera proactiva para mitigar los riesgos potenciales y asegurar un ambiente laboral seguro.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo en cuestiones de HSE, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y bienestar entre todos los trabajadores y contratistas.
- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de seguridad, evaluando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, estándares y procedimientos de prevención y seguridad en el trabajo.
- Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos para fomentar una comunicación eficaz sobre temas de HSE y asegurar la formación adecuada del personal en esta materia.
- Participar en la elaboración de informes relacionados con incidentes, accidentes y no conformidades, proponiendo las acciones correctivas necesarias para prevenir su recurrencia.
- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia laboral en el sector de Oil & Gas y en trabajo de campo.
- Titulación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) o Máster en PRL.
- Sólidos conocimientos de las normativas, especificaciones y procedimientos de Prevención y Seguridad en el Trabajo.
- Capacidad demostrado para identificar y resolver problemas en el campo, tomando decisiones efectivas bajo presión.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, mostrando flexibilidad y adaptabilidad ante diferentes circunstancias y desafíos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en proyectos que puedan requerir desplazamientos a diversas localizaciones.
