Job SummaryThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, safety, and quality of training delivery at a facility providing OPITO, STCW, and GWO training. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of training delivery and facility operations. Relevant certifications in quality management (e.G., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor), health and safety (e.G., NEBOSH), or industry-specific qualifications are highly desirable. Working towards relevant qualifications during trial period will be required.Skills :

The Role and Candidate

We are searching for a Supervisor to work alongside our Assistant Store Manager in El Triangle Barcelona . This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.

This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations
