Are you a seasoned technical support professional looking for a new challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multinational team, providing maintenance, troubleshooting and 2nd and 3rd line support on a variety of applications used across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and maintenance, resolving complex technical issues from end users in various locations.
- Work on a ticket-based support system.
- Share expertise on applications with junior support staff.
- Contribute to business growth by proposing, evaluating and implementing new applications and tools.
- Assist with database structural changes (SQL).
- Attend operational meetings related to application support.
- Perform other duties as required.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting technical environments (application support, service desk, technical support etc)
- Expertise with the Windows environment and good knowledge of some of the following: SQL Server, Linux, SharePoint & SharePoint Online, PowerShell, MS Azure, .Net applications.
- SQL reporting services experience.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to live and work in Valencia for the contract duration, working as a local freelancer (autonomo).

Taking care of inquiries and technical issues from patients and providing support via e-mail and phone calls
Maintaining and updating the patients' accounts
Observing the ongoing procedures to guarantee the compliance of set standards
Reporting and analysing patient and device information, dispatching replacement products and samples and catching up with patients according to departmental standards
Dealing with sensible data
Ensuring high-quality service and client's satisfaction

Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and document relevant case information

Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social/forums/e-commerce reviews) channels
