Who We're Looking For

• Experience as a network engineer or network operations specialist in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring and network management tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, NetScout, Spectrum, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols, systems, and IT infrastructure, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with network security, firewalls, or related technologies is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Analytical, proactive, and self-sufficient, with the ability to work effectively in a global, English-speaking environment.

¿Qué tecnologías son imprescindibles para realizar mis funciones?
Aunque tenemos un plan de formación para fomentar nuestro principio de mejora continua y aprenderás diferentes tecnologías, es imprescindible que ya tengas experiencia previa con las siguientes:
Microsoft Windows Server (IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory)
Linux: especialmente RedHat y otras distribuciones.
Administración de sistemas y herramientas de backup
Virtualización (VMware y otras)
Herramientas de monitorización
Herramientas ITSM (ticketing/CMDB) y documentación técnica.

¿Que ofrecemos? Condiciones contractuales: Contrato de prácticas a través de Adecco durante 6 meses, con opción a ampliar otros 6, 40h semanales, Horario: 8-17:30 (L-J) 8-15h (V). **The Job**
AVEVA are looking for an IT End User Services focused Engineer with a strong background in engineering to join our growing team. The Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT Support for IT end-user needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving end-user issues with a friendly and professional demeanour.
+ Support of existing solutions and hardware, including user devices and office IT equipment.
+ Responsible for ensuring the priority of personal workload/ticket queue and management
+ Ensure that SLA's, KPIs andmonitored constantly
+ Provide coaching and support to other more junior technical staff to perform regular IT operations and maintenance activities in small/remote offices and act as an escalation point for more challenging technical issues.

+ In-depth exposure to various IT hardware including communications and AV equipment.
