Empresa especializada en la gestión y mantenimiento de instalaciones en diversos edificios emblemáticos de Madrid, busca incorporar un Técnico de mantenimiento-electromecánico r para uno de nuestros clientes más importantes del sector Data Center en Madrid Esta es una oportunidad única de formar parte de un equipo que trabaja en entornos de alta tecnología y prestigio.
Funciones:
-Atención y resolución de alarmas de todo tipo.
-Realización de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en áreas eléctricas y mecánicas.
-Diagnóstico y reparación de averías e incidencias en entornos críticos.
-Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos.
-Control y maniobras eléctricas.
-Supervisión diaria de alarmas a través del sistema BMS.
-Supervisión de subcontratas para trabajos adicionales.
-Realización de tareas administrativas diarias.
Requisitos:
-Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de instalaciones críticas, preferiblemente en Data Centers.
-Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos.
-Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos críticos.
-Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
-Necesario buen uso de tablets y habilidades administrativas, incluyendo manejo de Outlook y software ERP para registrar trabajos realizados diariamente. Se valorará especialmente la capacidad para gestionar correos y completar tareas en plataformas digitales.
-Recomendoble vehiculo propio

We are looking for a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. Data Center Engineering Operations Technician is a hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation responder. If you like to use apply your electrical and mechanical skills to solve problems, we'd like to meet you. Your work will help to maintain one of the world's largest information system infrastructures.
Key job responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAFETY
Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture. As a facility owner team, ensure remediation of safety risks/issues in conjunction with other teams. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster strong safety culture.
- ENGINEERING & FACILITY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
Operational experience and familiarity with electrical and mechanical equipment, including Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS's), Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS's), Diesel Generators, Chillers, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), Exhaust Fans, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), and Transformers.
o Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
o Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.)
o Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance
Physical requirements
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
- Ability to work shifts (morning, late and night)
- Perform physical tasks during the shift

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Apprentice/trades certified or diploma in an Electrical field· Demonstrate key electrical competencies (Practice & Theory)Knowledge of mechanical systems (Mechanical, HVAC systems, Controls)Good EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in operations and on-call support for Data Center facilities / or Mission Critical Plants/ Production facilities· An undergraduate degree in a technical field (EE, MechE, IndustrialE);

experience and knowledge of MS Office suite.

¿Qué harás?
Participarás como referente técnico N3 liderando el diseño, implementación y operación de plataformas de comunicaciones y seguridad en Data Center:
- Diseño, gestión y optimización de redes SDN con Cisco ACI (network y application centric).
- Administración de balanceadores (F5 - LTM/GTM, NGINX, HAProxy).
- Configuración y operación de firewalls (Fortinet, Checkpoint).
- Gestión de networking y seguridad en Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Automatización con Terraform, Ansible y Python.
- Diseño e implementación de soluciones de comunicaciones de alto rendimiento.
- Coordinación de proyectos de ingeniería en Data Center.
- Soporte avanzado en incidentes críticos (rol N3).
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares IT.
Requisitos clave
Imprescindible:
- +5 años en roles similares en grandes organizaciones.
- Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Disponibilidad para realizar guardias una vez al mes (pagado aparte)
- Inglés alto (mínimo B2).
- Experiencia sólida en Cisco ACI (Multipod / Multisite).
- Experiencia demostrable con Terraform o Ansible.
- Conocimientos avanzados en:
- Routing, switching y load balancing (L2/L3, VLAN, OSPF/BGP, VPN…).
- Firewalls: Fortinet / Checkpoint / Palo Alto.
- SDN (ACI, Openshift/OVN-OVS) y NFV.
- SDWAN, MPLS, DWDM, VXLAN, EVPN…
- Monitorización (SolarWinds, Grafana, Viewtinet…).
- CI/CD, REST APIs, GitHub.
- QoS, traffic shaping y optimización de red.
Valorable:
- Experiencia liderando proyectos o equipos.
- Certificaciones (Cisco ACI, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5…).
- Metodologías Agile e ITIL.

TareasDiseñar, revisar y optimizar infraestructuras de comunicaciones y seguridad en entornos Data Center y Cloud .
Implementar y dar soporte en tecnologías de Routing & Switching, Cisco ACI, SDN, MultiPOD, MultiCloud .
Gestionar y fortalecer sistemas de seguridad perimetral (firewalls de nueva generación : Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet) y de seguridad avanzada (IPS, DDoS, WAF, etc.).
Administrar sistemas DDI (DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM), preferiblemente en arquitecturas de Infoblox .
Configurar y supervisar herramientas de observabilidad e inspección profunda (Gigamon, Nexus Data Broker, Splunk, Datadog, entre otras).
Gestionar y analizar eventos y logs en Splunk .
Desarrollar procesos de automatización que mejoren las tareas recurrentes en comunicaciones y seguridad.
RequisitosAl menos 8 años de experiencia demostrable desempeñando roles de ingeniero o arquitecto en entornos Data Center y / o Cloud en las áreas de comunicaciones y seguridad.
Beneficios
Contrato indefinido.
Jornada completa.
Salario valorable entre 43k- 50k en función de la experiencia.
Modalidad híbrida en Barcelona .
