The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Marketing Strategy Account Manager to join the Strategy and Account Services team within the 54 Marketing division. The candidate will cover a range of Marketing services specifically across 54’s portfolio of Brand and Destination clients, forging relationships, and consulting with key clients to develop and drive forward the delivery of agreed marketing strategies, in addition to some of our events in the region. As part of developing and rolling out key Marketing strategies on each account, the role will also entail liaising with the Marketing division’s specialist teams, which includes Advertising, Brand and Creative, Earned Media, social media, and Content.

The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Marketing Strategy Account Manager to join the Strategy and Account Services team within the 54 Marketing division. The candidate will cover a range of Marketing services specifically across 54’s portfolio of Brand and Destination clients, forging relationships, and consulting with key clients to develop and drive forward the delivery of agreed marketing strategies, in addition to some of our events in the region. As part of developing and rolling out key Marketing strategies on each account, the role will also entail liaising with the Marketing division’s specialist teams, which includes Advertising, Brand and Creative, Earned Media, social media, and Content.
The successful candidate will be based in the 54 offices in Sotogrande, with a focus on servicing clients across Europe. The Knot Worldwide is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to bridge the gap between data, insights, strategic planning, and high-quality execution. Reporting directly to our Vice President of International Marketing, this person will act as the Chief of Staff for our international markets and brands - working closely with key stakeholders across the organization; Brand Marketing, Media & Measurement, Email / CRM, Product, Editorial, and Sales.

Our International markets include 13 countries, and 13 brands, across 5 languages. The Strategy & Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring our teams have a single source of truth for company, market and campaign data; working with the VP, International Marketing to translate this into strategic guidance; and helping to create internal processes and systems so our teams can operate effectively and efficiently.

You’ll have visibility and exposure into every part of the Marketing organization, as well as key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • In this role, you will take full ownership of our data, measurement, and reporting systems, ensuring they serve as the foundation for informed decision-making and impactful marketing strategies. Alongside our Vice President, CMO, and International Marketing Directors, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing key performance metrics, designing robust measurement frameworks, and translating campaign data into actionable insights that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. As the source of truth for our team, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of data, crafting compelling narratives that drive alignment and inspire action across diverse stakeholders.
  • Key requirements here are a strong knowledge of Google Sheets, a growth mindset to understand our internal data tools, the ability to see the correlation between different metrics, as well as the ability to identify trends and influences.
  • Your expertise will enable seamless collaboration with teams like data science, creative, and channel marketing to ensure every campaign is underpinned by accurate, real-time analytics and post-campaign analysis. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing clarity to complex data sets and helping the team scale its impact with precision and confidence.
  • The Strategy & Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our team operations. This involves leading key touchpoints for leadership, team leaders, as well as the wider team, to connect and collaborate. You will be responsible for leading the weekly leadership team meeting, driving the monthly ‘All Hands’, as well as supporting our annual Marketing Summit.
  • As the ‘right hand’ of the Vice President, you will act as the central connector among our teams; Consumer, Vendor, Creative, CRM, Insights, and Media - helping to align workflows and streamline processes to maximize impact. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, implement change management strategies, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the team operates with clarity, agility, and a shared commitment to achieving business goals.
  • You will not be alone in this role. You will be supported by our Consumer Strategy & Operations Associate, and our Vendor Strategy & Operations Associate. These roles are already established within each team, and own the campaign execution process. The expectation is that you will provide senior support, coaching, and guidance to help them refine and define their processes and scope.

SUCCESSFUL STRATEGY & OPERATIONS LEAD CANDIDATES HAVE :

  • 5+ years in brand strategy or planning role
  • Ability to synthesize information to develop understanding of key insights
  • Expert communicator able to tailor message to a range of audiences and markets
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing at both the enterprise / brand and product portfolio level
  • Experience in media strategy and marketing analytics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Snowflake, Google Analytics, and / or Qlik would be beneficial
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet team output expectations
  • Strong presence with ability to interact and partner with Senior leadership
  • Outstanding written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
