We help students stay connected from day one in their new country by partnering with universities, student housing providers, and relocation platforms. Our SIM and eSIM offers are designed for student needs — easy to access, fairly priced, and ready to use upon arrival.
Already present in France, Spain, and the UK, we're expanding rapidly and aim to become the leading telco for global student mobility by the end of 2026 — with operations in over 10 countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and key European destinations like Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
We’re building the telco brand of reference for international students — a trusted, student-first alternative to legacy operators.
About the role :
We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to take ownership of our Student Connect project – a key strategic pillar at Connectivity.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow our existing B2B2C partnerships (universities, student agencies, housing platforms, etc.)
- Lead the launch of new markets and partner networks in 2025
- Act as both a people manager and project owner, structuring processes, driving performance, and scaling operations
To stay close to the ground and maximize impact, you will also take direct ownership of sales in one focus country — actively managing partners and sales performance. This hands-on exposure will allow you to identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and implement scalable solutions to drive revenue growth across all markets.
This role is perfect for someone who combines operational sharpness, sales acumen, and a strategic mindset — and who wants to contribute directly to shaping the future of student connectivity across the globe.
a) Team & Operations Management
- Manage and coach the current Student Connect team: improve sales pitches, conversion techniques, and closing performance
- Design and deliver training programs to onboard and upskill sales profiles
- Recruit top talent to support our growth, from screening to offer
- Own and improve our CRM architecture (lead sourcing, pipeline stages, data quality)
- Streamline internal processes and build scalable workflows for a growing number of countries
- Ensure top-tier partner satisfaction through structured follow-up and performance reporting
b) Project Launch & Growth
- Lead the launch of new countries (e.g. Germany, Italy) by building local go-to-market strategies
- Identify, approach and close new partnerships with schools, agencies, housing platforms
- Localize partner onboarding flows, sales kits, and student communication materials
- Track and drive performance metrics such as active partners, student conversions, and time-to-first-sale
c) Country Management
- Act as Country Manager for one key market, managing operations hands-on alongside a dedicated profile
- Prospect, close and onboard a wide variety of local partners to accelerate growth
- Continuously test, learn and optimize local playbooks to improve performance and replicate best practices across other markets
What we’re looking for
- First experience managing a sales or operations team, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- A true entrepreneurial mindset — you’re hands-on, resourceful, and driven by impact
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — you’re comfortable juggling multiple markets, time zones, and languages

a) Team & Operations Management
- Manage and coach the current Student Connect team: improve sales pitches, conversion techniques, and closing performance
- Design and deliver training programs to onboard and upskill sales profiles
- Recruit top talent to support our growth, from screening to offer
- Own and improve our CRM architecture (lead sourcing, pipeline stages, data quality)
- Streamline internal processes and build scalable workflows for a growing number of countries
- Ensure top-tier partner satisfaction through structured follow-up and performance reporting
b) Project Launch & Growth
- Lead the launch of new countries (e.g. Germany, Italy) by building local go-to-market strategies
- Identify, approach and close new partnerships with schools, agencies, housing platforms
- Localize partner onboarding flows, sales kits, and student communication materials
- Track and drive performance metrics such as active partners, student conversions, and time-to-first-sale
c) Country Management
- Act as Country Manager for one key market, managing operations hands-on alongside a dedicated profile
- Prospect, close and onboard a wide variety of local partners to accelerate growth
- Continuously test, learn and optimize local playbooks to improve performance and replicate best practices across other markets
What we’re looking for
- First experience managing a sales or operations team, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- A true entrepreneurial mindset — you’re hands-on, resourceful, and driven by impact
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — you’re comfortable juggling multiple markets, time zones, and languages
- A proactive problem-solver — you don’t just spot issues, you fix them and build scalable solutions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — other languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are a plus
- Bonus: Experience in telco, student mobility, or B2B2C partnerships
