Responsabilidades principales
Employer Branding
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marca empleadora en redes sociales, web y eventos.
- Crear contenidos visuales y audiovisuales alineados con la identidad IKIGAI (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Coordinar colaboraciones con partners, universidades o comunidades de talento.
- Preparar materiales corporativos (presentaciones, brochures, kits de bienvenida).
- Gestionar y actualizar la web corporativa con nuevas vacantes, casos de éxito, noticias o testimonios.
People Experience
- Diseñar y gestionar la experiencia del empleado (desde onboarding hasta celebraciones).
- Organizar afterworks, viajes, comidas de equipo, celebraciones de cumpleaños y reuniones mensuales .
- Implementar y mantener actualizado el kit de onboarding (manual de bienvenida, objetivos, documentos, plantillas).
- Gestionar compras, tickets, pedidos mensuales y merchandising corporativo .
- Velar por el orden, estética y energía del entorno de trabajo.
Comunicación Interna
- Diseñar y difundir la comunicación interna (resúmenes mensuales, logros, nuevos proyectos).
- Facilitar la comunicación entre áreas y mantener la información centralizada y actualizada.
- Redactar y/o revisar Job Descriptions , garantizando consistencia de estilo, tono y formato.
- Apoyar al equipo en tareas administrativas o de coordinación de procesos.
Cultura & Eventos
- Calendarizar eventos relevantes en Barcelona para networking o team building.
- Crear materiales visuales o presentaciones para eventos internos.
- Impulsar nuevas ideas que refuercen la conexión, la creatividad y el bienestar del equipo.
Perfil ideal

Desde el año 1974 y hasta ahora, hemos sido pioneros en la importación de frutas exóticas, de contraestación y otras especialidades.

Formando parte del Departamento de Recursos Humanos Corporativo, tu misión será actuar como enlace entre la estrategia corporativa y la ejecución local de todas las políticas y acciones definidas por la compañía. Serás el/la responsable de implementar los procesos clave de selección, formación, desarrollo y gestión del talento en la delegación de Madrid, asegurando su alineación con la cultura organizativa y el código de conducta corporativo. Ejecutar las políticas de RRHH definidas por la dirección de RRHH corporativa en la delegación de Madrid.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL), así como la normativa interna en seguridad alimentaria y buenas prácticas.
Colaborar en la gestión de relaciones con el comité de empresa.
Gestionar el talento y fomentar el desarrollo profesional dentro de la organización.
Planificar y coordinar procesos de selección, desde la definición del perfil hasta la incorporación del candidato (Recepción de solicitudes de vacantes, redactar y publicar ofertas laborales, cribar CVs, realizar entrevistas y pruebas de valoración, recogida de documentación, preparación del Onboarding).
Establecer convenios con universidades y escuelas, gestionando la incorporación de personal en prácticas y su seguimiento.
Detectar necesidades formativas, colaborar en la organización del plan de formación anual, planes de carrera y promoción.
Registrar y documentar todas las acciones formativas, asegurando su trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
Gestionar y actualizar los KPIs del área de RRHH (selección, formación, rotación, clima, etc.), realizando el reporting correspondiente a central.
Gestión del día a día de la delegación: incidencias y dudas de trabajadores, gestión de ETT, ropa laboral, control de registro horario, etc.
Analizar datos e indicadores para proponer mejoras en procesos y políticas de RRHH.
Formación :
Titulación universitaria en Psicología, Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar.
Valorable formación adicional en Recursos Humanos, Coaching, Gestión del Talento o PRL.
Idiomas :
~ Se valorará el conocimiento de inglés u otros idiomas.
Experiencia :
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, gestionando de forma transversal todas las áreas del departamento de RRHH: procesos de selección, formación, relaciones laborales y análisis de datos en RRHH.
Experiencia previa en relaciones con comités de empresa y gestión de personal en entornos multisede.
