Key Areas of Responsibility Strategic Creative Leadership
  • Design and execute a long-term creative strategy focused on profit and scalable performance.

  • Identify growth opportunities and high-potential formats across Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms.

  • Implement new frameworks, tools, and AI-driven systems to accelerate and automate creative output.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between creative, UA, product, and analytics teams.

Creative Direction & Innovation
  • Build a high-volume ideation system to ensure a constant stream of fresh, testable concepts.

  • Generate and validate innovative creative ideas aligned with channel needs, trends, and business goals.

  • Supervise, guide, and review creative output across video, static, UGC, and hybrid formats.

  • Ensure policy compliance across all platforms and proactively manage risk.

  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to fuel forward-thinking creative strategy.

Performance Ownership
  • Own key creative KPIs including ROAS, CPA, success rate, and profit per creative.

  • Establish clear benchmarks and success criteria for every concept tested.

  • Extend lifespan of top-performing creatives through adaptation, reformatting, and scaling.

  • Collaborate with UA managers to integrate creative learnings into campaign strategy.

  • Continuously improve average profit per creative through trend-driven iteration.

Team Leadership & Process
  • Lead and grow a team of creative producers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and performance.

  • Mentor team members and provide feedback that supports growth and high standards.

  • Build resilient production pipelines that support fast-paced iteration without compromising quality.

  • Drive knowledge-sharing and scalable best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in a creative leadership or production role within a performance marketing environment.

  • Strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms.

  • Proven success in developing concepts that directly impacted user acquisition and ROI.

  • Experience with UGC-style content, motion graphics, and performance-first storytelling.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to read raw performance data and extract creative insights.

  • Deep understanding of creative testing and iteration.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • High level of independence and ownership.

  • Advanced English.

What the strategy entails, how the function is built, and which directions we take - that will be up to you to shape and execute.

As a Manager of Marketing Strategy & Execution, you will :

  • Single-handedly build and execute Tribe’s first-ever marketing strategy - no legacy systems, just a blank slate.
  • Independently create lead-gen campaigns (inbound + outbound), landing pages, copy, emails, and everything in between.
  • Plan, promote, and run all virtual and in-person events (webinars, meetups, roundtables).
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and track conversion outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of Tribe’s social media, content calendar, and paid campaigns.
  • Design and execute newsletters, automated workflows, and outreach strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, recruitment, and leadership to understand client pain points and create impactful messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize efforts and showcase ROI, and adapt based on results.
  • As the function grows, you will own marketing team hiring, leadership, and budget management.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing - experience in startups, consulting, or service-based business is a big plus.
  • Proven experience independently building demand and generating leads.
  • Strong track record managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable and effective working as a one-person team at the start, without external agency or marketing operations support.
  • Extensive experience with email marketing, social media, content, and ABM.
  • Highly self-sufficient and great at prioritizing what matters.
  • Strong blend of strategic thinking and direct, hands-on execution.

About the team

The Marketing Team is one of the biggest teams at Fever, and it serves almost every department. Through data and research, their work is to design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer. Some of the teams within the marketing department are Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, or Creative Optimization.

About You
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
  • You have native-level proficiency in Portuguese and an advanced proficiency in English.
  • You have a marketing background.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market.
  • You look for an opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
About the Role
  • Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences, both for our partners and Fever Original events.
  • Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting).
  • Role based in Madrid.

Leveraging data and research, the team designs, develops, executes, and analyzes compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best experiences their cities have to offer.

The Marketing Department is composed of specialized teams, including Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.

About You
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including expertise in Facebook Ads and other social paid platforms.
  • You are a native-level English speaker, and proficiency in a second language is highly valued.
  • You have a solid marketing background and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic environment.
  • You're excited about the opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve as part of Fever's team.
About the Role
  • Develop compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including Fever Original events and partner collaborations.
  • Execute high-visibility performance digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, Copywriting) to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
  • This role is based in Madrid.
