Develop Schreiber’s Consumer Insights discipline in order to understand and communicate the holistic voice of the consumer to enable strategic solutions and drive profitable growth. Influence internal and external customers to implement recommended strategies that are founded in fact based market trends. This includes deployment of our syndicated resources (e.g., IRI/Nielsen, Datassential, NPD) to create/support selling strategies relevant to our product/customer mix for external and internal partners.
Our main goal is to transform complex data into actionable insights that provide support to all Sales business areas for strategic decision making, as well as leverage the industry trends and consumer behaviors to provide a vision on the strategic innovation & portfolio for our today & future customers.
Role and Responsibilities
Data Interpretation: You will utilise research tools to extract and interpret data, providing actionable insights and actionable recommendations. From data to recommendations. Supporting the business to make decisions/ transform data into sales
Deliver strategic guidance to Sales, PLS, and leadership teams by generating actionable consumer behavior and sales insights from primary and syndicated data. Offer measurable business solutions based on category and customer knowledge. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to assess market positioning and consumer perceptions across European markets.
Product Analysis: Analyze potential markets/products from a customer, competitor and consumer standpoint, store checks IN countries with Sales Partners, tasting sessions with R&D and Sales.
Share best practices and create an understanding of issues faced in the marketplace, and potential implications of insights. Presentations will involve direct customer calls. Develop sales stories that provide actionable and unique insights.
Monitor consumer purchase panel and market intelligence information to deliver specific information on consumer channel trends in marketplace. Utilize information for outside sources to drive story and develop priorities.
Key Ingredients:
Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
5+ Years of Experience in Sales. Experience as a research supplier or in-house client within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French and other languages will be considered as a plus
Advanced experience in database extraction, exploitation, and analysis
Experience and expertise using syndicated CPG data (Nielsen/Iri/ Kantar/Euromonitor) for business analysis and effective story telling
Autonomous & Curious, self-starter
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with research vendors and research methodologies.
Experience with the folowing tools:Nielsen DDBB, Circana DDBB, Kantar, internal & external sales sources,Excel, PPT and Office
Ideally experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
Knowledge of research methods (qualitative & quantitative), utilization and provision
Expertise in understanding data and interpreting it in real life business situations
Mental agility: ability to interpret results and present clear recommendations
Proven analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Open mind and used to work in multidisciplinary teams in international and national environment across different business groups & product categories

The Insights Team harness insights at scale to inspire & provoke action to enable creation of valuable brands and businesses.
The team uses a wide variety of insights/research and trend analytics tools and innovative mixed-media methodologies: quantitative, qualitative, online, offline, primary and secondary data sources. From social listening, to ethnographies, to semiotics, to surveys, to concept testing, to focus groups to online communities. The team may also experiment with cutting edge technologies to generate insights.
The department works with Marketing, Commercial Marketing On Trade & Retail, Business Intelligence, Commercial teams as well as with global insights & international teams, consumers, experts, etc.
Role Responsibilities
• Partner to help the teams to analyze their brands and competitors, with their templates and guiding analysis.
• Monthly reporting: responsible of Newsletter and update regular reporting in time and accurate according to business needs.
• Delivering the insights plan for the brands
• Conducts insights and research for SGS: qualitative fieldwork and quantitative studies; running projects end-to-end (many times with minimal supervision)
• Support the day-to-day project management needs across a wide variety of research methodologies and suppliers
KPIs
• Contribution to KPIs definition and tracking. Templates development and update.
• Support to the brand and within the insights team in growth planning process with all information needed.
• Also input for S&OP and Strat plan
• Provide day-to-day consumer insights and business intelligence consulting support for brand and sales team members
Capabilities
• Develop skills in brand teams and trade + commercial team (peers)
Resource management
• Partner with local data and key platform providers (Nielsen and IWSR) for brand/market -specific projects as needed – as well as leveraging the global insight tools, platforms and data, where possible.
• Tracking and management of Budget: invoicing, control of expenses, PO’s etc.
Qualifications
Education & Languages:
- Very Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience:
- 3+ years research experience (agency or client side)
- Familiarity and comfort with traditional market and consumer research sources (Nielsen, BrandZ, IWSR, etc.)

The Insights Team harness insights at scale to inspire & provoke action to enable creation of valuable brands and businesses.
The team uses a wide variety of insights/research and trend analytics tools and innovative mixed-media methodologies: quantitative, qualitative, online, offline, primary and secondary data sources. From social listening, to ethnographies, to semiotics, to surveys, to concept testing, to focus groups to online communities. The team may also experiment with cutting edge technologies to generate insights.
The department works with Marketing, Commercial Marketing On Trade & Retail, Business Intelligence, Commercial teams as well as with global insights & international teams, consumers, experts, etc.
Role Responsibilities
• Partner to help the teams to analyze their brands and competitors, with their templates and guiding analysis.
• Monthly reporting: responsible of Newsletter and update regular reporting in time and accurate according to business needs.
• Delivering the insights plan for the brands
• Conducts insights and research for SGS: qualitative fieldwork and quantitative studies; running projects end-to-end (many times with minimal supervision)
• Support the day-to-day project management needs across a wide variety of research methodologies and suppliers
KPIs
• Contribution to KPIs definition and tracking. Templates development and update.
• Support to the brand and within the insights team in growth planning process with all information needed.
• Also input for S&OP and Strat plan
• Provide day-to-day consumer insights and business intelligence consulting support for brand and sales team members
Capabilities
• Develop skills in brand teams and trade + commercial team (peers)
Resource management
• Partner with local data and key platform providers (Nielsen and IWSR) for brand/market -specific projects as needed – as well as leveraging the global insight tools, platforms and data, where possible.
• Tracking and management of Budget: invoicing, control of expenses, PO’s etc.
Qualifications
Education & Languages:
- Very Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience:
- 3+ years research experience (agency or client side)
- Familiarity and comfort with traditional market and consumer research sources (Nielsen, BrandZ, IWSR, etc.)
- Experience of managing consumer research agencies.
