About the role
We are seeking a proactive Outsourcing Specialist with experience in managing external vendors, particularly freelance writers, who can handle both content-based details and billing and payment tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven experience in coordinating content projects within a marketing department.

YOUR MISSION
You're our perfect candidate if you:
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external/freelance vendors, handling briefs and billing/payment details, as well as in-house specialists with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (Editors, Content Strategists, Accounts Payable specialists, and more) to gather the requirements/briefs that external providers must deliver, ensuring expectations are met in terms of time, budget, format, and billing accuracy
- Handle new selection processes to find new/more external vendors/providers for different projects and markets/languages.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in vendor management and the quality of deliverables.
- Analyze and optimize workflows and processes for efficient outsourcing of content creation and optimization.
- Are curious about the use/adoption of new technologies, including AI & automation tools and other platforms that help streamline processes and elevate the quality of deliverables.
- Have an outstanding ability to handle multiple requests at the same time while maintaining quality standards.
3+ years of experience in managing external vendors or freelancers, preferably in content creation or content optimization.
Experience managing vendor invoicing and payment processes, and familiarity with freelance platforms for communication and payment scheduling (weekly/monthly) related to content requests.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a proactive, versatile, and adaptable manner.
- Experience in handling/developing content briefs, providing clear instructions to freelance writers/authors, and conducting selection processes for freelance writers based on strict requirements specific to an array of different projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High proficiency in English with strong writing skills. Spanish is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Passionate about content quality and achieving marketing goals.
- Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary to changing priorities.
- Interest in finding cost-effective solutions when dealing with external vendors of all kinds.
- Familiarity with and/or interest in AI-powered content tools and an eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies to enhance and streamline content creation workflows/revisions and vendor management processes.
- A plus: experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Elaboración y presentación de cuentas anuales, libros de contabilidad, liquidación de impuestos, etc.
- Registro y contabilización de facturas emitidas y recibidas, conciliación bancaria y otras transacciones contables.
- Preparación y presentación de impuestos (modelos 303, 111, 115 y modelos anuales, entre otros).
- Preparación de la documentación de soporte para las transacciones contables y administrativas.

Requisitos mínimos¿Qué necesitamos de tu perfil?

As a Outsourcing Coordinator, you will ensure Ukio's apartments are accurately and attractively represented across all listing platforms (Ukio website, OTAs, relocation portals, B2B partners, etc.). You will lead and coordinate our outsourcing team, develop processes and reporting tools, and guarantee speed and accuracy in publishing listings to maximize occupancy.
Responsibilities |- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Content Specialists responsible for publishing and updating listings.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track team performance, publication timelines, and listing quality.
- Review and validate outsourcing team deliverables, providing structured feedback and training when needed.
- Guarantee deadlines are met to minimize delays between guest-ready status and listing go-live.
- Engage with account managers from partner platforms to optimize content distribution and explore automation opportunities.
- Establish quality control processes to prevent errors or inconsistencies across all listings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, improvement, bulk uploads, or API integrations.
- +3 years of experience in content operations, outsourcing management, or similar roles, ideally in fast-scaling startups or digital platforms.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Elaboración y presentación de cuentas anuales, libros de contabilidad, liquidación de impuestos, etc.
- Registro y contabilización de facturas emitidas y recibidas, conciliación bancaria y otras transacciones contables.
- Preparación y presentación de impuestos (modelos 303, 111, 115 y modelos anuales, entre otros).
- Preparación de la documentación de soporte para las transacciones contables y administrativas.
- Seguimiento de cobros y pagos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
- Apoyo en la conciliación de cuentas bancarias y elaboración de informes contables mensuales.
- Comunicación directa con clientes, garantizando una adecuada resolución de sus necesidades.

¿Qué necesitamos de tu perfil?
- Formación: Grado en Contabilidad y Finanzas o titulaciones afines.
- Experiencia: mínimo 3 años en un puesto similar.
- Conocimientos técnicos: manejo de A3 y experiencia con herramientas de gestión contable.
- Competencias digitales: buen dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y capacidad para adaptarte a nuevos sistemas.
Y además nos gustaría que tuvieras:
- Nivel de inglés valorable para comunicarte en un entorno profesional.
- Conocimientos en ERPs como Golden Soft, Quipu, Holded, entre otros (no imprescindible, pero será un plus).
- Habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas, con capacidad para tomar decisiones de manera eficiente.

Role
Outsourcing Coordinator — you will ensure Ukio's apartments are accurately and attractively represented across all listing platforms (Ukio website, OTAs, relocation portals, B2B partners, etc.). You will lead and coordinate our outsourcing team, develop processes and reporting tools, and guarantee speed and accuracy in publishing listings to maximize occupancy.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Content Specialists responsible for publishing and updating listings.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track team performance, publication timelines, and listing quality.
- Review and validate outsourcing team deliverables, providing structured feedback and training when needed.
- Guarantee deadlines are met to minimize delays between guest-ready status and listing go-live.
- Engage with account managers from partner platforms to optimize content distribution and explore automation opportunities.
- Establish quality control processes to prevent errors or inconsistencies across all listings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, improvement, bulk uploads, or API integrations.
- +3 years of experience in content operations, outsourcing management, or similar roles, ideally in fast-scaling startups or digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of content workflows, dashboard/reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools), and process optimization. Experience with automation or API integrations is a plus.
- Leadership, organizational excellence, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Confident working cross-functionally and leading outsourced or remote teams.
